August 10, 2025 – I want to share the exceptional customer service that I received at Passport Nissan in Marlow Heights. First I want to express my appreciation to Chester Pinkney, General Manager, who’s leadership is clearly epitomized through the exceptional customer service his staff provides. Thanks so much Chester! Angie Upshur is my service representative, and she is the epitome of customer service. I had a series of concerns with my 2015 Nissan Sentra, and she walked me through every step of the issues, but more importantly she listened to my concerns. She even ensured that I was taken care of while she was out on vacation – I mean really, this is truly EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Many thanks to Brian Yeager, Manager of the Service Department, who handled my concerns while Angie was away. Brian equally has an exceptional team, and those representatives include Marcel and Damon who also helped me while Angie was away. I truly appreciate their patience, kindness and the exceptional customer service I received. Ultimately, I purchased a beautiful 2025 Nissan Kicks from Salesman Nicholas Ihuoma, who managed the purchase of my vehicle. Thanks so much Nicholas. Also, many thanks to Jose Alvarado Melgar who managed the finance piece for me. I must give; however, the biggest thanks to Michael Andersen, one of their newest salespeople who was assisting Nicholas. Michael walked me through the dealership and explained all the nuances of each of the cars I was interested in – literally everything about the Nissan Pathfinder, Nissan Rogue and listened and talked to me about concerns I had with the Nissan Rogue. We walked up on the Nissan Kicks, and I knew that was my car. It wasn’t the color I wanted but Michael made sure that I got the beautiful Scarlet Ember color I wanted with the full package. I’ve never received a brand-new car with the hood, seats and tires covered in plastic, but Michael made sure that I was getting exactly what I asked for and I absolutely did. Michael Andersen is the epitome of exceptional customer service, knowledge and patience. If you’re looking for a new vehicle, Michael is an incredible young salesperson! The SUV has exceeded all expectations. Great Road Car, excellent handling and comfort. The Acceleration was surprising, I have no issues passing or returning to Hwy speed after slowing down or stopping. Happy Customer.

We only talked on the phone one time. the person I talked to was not able to tell me if I paid cash for the SRT8 you could bring the paperwork and SRT8 to Charlottesville Va.

Pascuale and Sang were nothing short of AMAZING and professional! Pascuale met me at the door upon my first visit at the dealership. His kind and honest spirit allowed me to feel comfortable enough to know, this is the dealership I wanted to use. Pascuale and Sang properly prepared me prior to my arrival to retrieve my custom 2025 GLE350 to ensure zero hiccups. I did not feel pressured at all - just relaxed. My vehicle turned out EXACTLY as ordered! Sang walked me through the basics of how to operate my vehicle and I was also pleasantly surprised with a follow up call the next day from Sang.

I am Mr. Fussy....and they exceeded expectations at every level. Buying a car without a personal inspection is risky and I was nervous. But the car is as described, and the post delivery service continues without hitch. The dealership is recommended, and I would buy from them again.

my wife was in the market for used GLA 250. I found one that met her criteria call the dealership in three days later we drove 150 miles to make the deal. This is an update from a previous one star review. I made an appointment for the Quick Lane service. My appointment was at 7:30 AM. When I arrived the service man behind the desk greeted me and took care of everything. Very professional and prompt. I was only there for an hour and everything went very well. I had a previous review with a different experience. I think that experience was a result of a full moon. For now on I'll always make an appointment. I couldn't ask for better service!

Purchased a highly optioned Q8 (air suspension, 4wheel steering, full leather, 5K B&O stereo, all S-line packages). Was comparing against a Cayenne S of the same model year. The Cayenne S was not quite as nicely specced as the Q8, but obviously has the more powerful motor than the standard Q8. Porsche does their full leather interiors a bit nicer and covers some areas Audi does not, like the lower door panels. The Q8 was significantly quieter inside, but the Cayenne did not have the noise insulated glass option (which made a difference on my prior generation Cayenne). The Q8 did not feel nearly as engaging as the Cayenne, but I felt this made it more stately. Not quite as removed as a Range Rover. The Q8 is a rare bird on the road in my area of the country - more Cayennes and definitely GLSs or X7s. In fact, since I bought mine, I have not seen another Q8 on the road, which gives it a little more of an exclusive feel, if that is important to you. I gave it a 4 for the interior design, because I still like to have physical buttons for the climate control. That may not be important to you. In addition, the rear seats need to be put down manually and on a vehicle around 100K, that would be something I would expect. Otherwise, the interior is excellent from build quality to tech features and ease of use. With the S-line package, there are huge 22" wheel/tire. Surprisingly good ride even in the dynamic mode (note: air suspension was optioned). Overall, very pleased with the Q8.

If my credit was on point I would've been driving my dream car. The K900 is a sleeper for those who do not know. But they did try to help.

This is a car everyone should look at, it is the best car in it's class, nothing comes close. I also would highly recommend Crown Audi Clearwater. They made our experience smooth and easy. Go see Amy Sizemore she is a true professional.
