I had an awesome experience here! Robbie was friendly and upfront. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. The car was clean and priced fairly. Definitely recommend checking them out if you're in the market for a solid used car.
2011 Audi S5 review
I started with the A5 cabriolet had many issue free miles (aside from recall issues which Audi was fantastic on correcting) . From day one my wife said I should have spent the extra and went for the S5 , so after 7 years and 80k miles I found the car of my dreams.in Dec of 2021 I purchased a 2011 S5 prestige with only 32k. This car is a whole different animal. The supercharged 6 is powerful and responsive and it makes even going to the store into a treat . Take the top down one the music up WOW is all I think of. Buying a low mile highly optioned S5 from Audi was the only way to go. The car is the best of all worlds as long as your not taking a group for a long trip( back seat is good but let’s be honest rear seat passengers weren’t Audis market with this one.

Car Luxe did amazing at purchasing a vehicle. Was honest on financing and made the stress of car purchasing at ease.
2011 Audi S5 review
I have owned this car since new, 10 years in Feb/2021. I ordered the coupe from the factory with Lava Grey exterior (custom - saw it on an R8 on the sales floor and my 15 year old son convinced me to pay the premium) and Magma red interior with the manual gearbox. I ordered it with B and O stereo, Audi Drive Select, Navigation Package, Adaptive Cruise, 19” Titanium wheels, Carbon Atlas trim and TPMS as options. I bought winter rims and do seasonal changes. My comments: The MMI is easy to use (people complain about it but I don’t get it - it’s intuitive) I have driven the car 138,000 km’s in Canadian winter and summer. Always garaged at night, usually during the day. Usually just the driver in the car and mostly highway driven, so light load. The car was maintained by a local dealer (Southgate, Edmonton) and it has been excellent. I maintained it religiously by the Audi maintenance manual (no more) unless something is broken in which case I fix it immediately. I detail it twice per year. While I had fears about Audi reliability I have replaced a hood sensor outside of regular annual maintenance and nothing else significant. The car has been extremely reliable. I have been tempted to sell this car just because of its age but I can’t bring myself to do it. I love both the interior and exterior quality and look, especially the exterior. It is quick but not blindingly fast. I just think it is a great looking coupe. I really like the V8 and the manual gearbox. It won’t ever be a collectible and while I have bought new 911’s and an R8 RWS, I just love this thing. I guess my kids will sell it some day...most don’t want the manual - maybe someday they’ll see the light.

Lake Motor Group LLCReviews
Lake Motor Group LLC review
Everything about my experience with Lake Motors was excellent and above board except for one thing which l just want them to know for future sales to customers like myself are in another state and buy online from them. On April 29th l l purchased a 2013 BMW 2013 X3. It was shipped to me on Saturday morning May 2nd 2026. On Monday May 4th l had it insured and that evening went out for a ride. Halfway through my ride a service light came on saying charging malfunction. Today Tuesday May 5th a charging test showed the voltage regulator not working. Lake Motors for future customer like myself l ask that battery and charging systems be tested before you ship it cross country. It would give both customer and your good name appreciation and quality service. Thank you
2016 Audi S5 review
I got my 2016 S5 with 65k. I graduated from a 328xi and oh my what a pleasure. After 20,000 km and 4 oil changes she continues to perform. Dropping from 19" to 18" wheels and the Quattro drive made winter driving more than manageable. I have the flat bottom wheel..wish it was heated. Starts without issue in -35 celcius. The cockpit is just perfect with really comfortable seating. 7 speed double clutch makes moving through the gears really sweet. Breaking is just right for me. Very important to me is to have the MMI embedded in the dash. I hate those big sceens consuming the focus of the interior. Overall I am really satisfied.. Use 94 octane fuel for best performance. So much fun...

My experience was great! I worked with Jose on the purchase of something I intend to keep in my care for the next 8 or 10 years. It wasn't a flawless car, it was 10 years old. It's got its services I'd like to complete before using it as my daily, but the dealership worked with me in a very friendly way, and was very considerate when I was discussing my service obligations with them. My vehicle arrived in ND less than a week after purchase, and I've seen no issues I wasn't already aware of via PPI opportunities. I made an informed purchase, received my goods in speedy time, and I cant wait to roll my new wheels around for a long time.

2019 Audi S5 review
I’ve had a half dozen Audi’s including several A4s an A3, A5 and a Q3, but this S5 is closest to perfection. I love the versatility of having a refined four door sedan and a huge opening hatch for my bikes. Then set the drive select to dynamic and you have a fun sports car! My main gripe: the virtual cockpit doesn’t work for me and it was hard to find one with analog dials. Also I didn’t like the new touch screen MMI so I bought an older one. Note to Audi: simpler is better!

Castle Volkswagen of Schaumburg review
I had an outstanding experience with Eryk Buczynski at Castle Volkswagen of Schaumburg. From the moment I walked in, Eryk was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the perfect vehicle. He took the time to listen to my needs, answered all my questions with patience, and provided clear, transparent information about pricing, options, and financing. What stood out most was Eryk’s dedication to ensuring I felt comfortable and confident with my decision. He guided me through the features of the car, demonstrated how everything worked, and followed up afterward to make sure I was enjoying my new vehicle. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. If you’re shopping for a new or used vehicle in the Schaumburg area, I highly recommend asking for Eryk. I drove 60 miles to visit them and it was worth it. Got the trade-in bonus found a great selection of cars and the prices were very reasonable. Definitely recommend visiting them.
2018 Audi S5 review
I can write an entire diatribe about this car but I'll keep it simple! If you are looking for a luxury, convertible, look no further than the S5 cabriolet. I looked at the C43, M440i, this car, IMO, is the BEST value for the money! It is an absolute beast in the performance department, the options that come with this car for the price are unmatched and of course every single detail is perfectly executed!

Auto Showcase of Carol Stream review
I have been searching for a Saturn sky for about a year. I was fortunate that I found this dealership on the internet and was able to find exactly what I had been looking for. I was really apprehensive about buying a car sight unseen and from a stranger with the fraud schemes that happen all the time but I talked myself into it. The customer service was fantastic, the car is immaculate and everything they said it would be!! Thanks guys for restoring my faith in humanity. You are truly one of the good ones and I will recommend you to everyone.

Audi Morton Grove review
We had been searching causally for a few months for a plug in hybrid suv. We had toured a bunch of different brands and nothing felt right. We made an appt to see one at this dealership and we’re blown away. The team gave us our most in depth tour (over 2 hours ), helped us navigate finances and find the perfect vehicle. We loved working with Wesley and Jazmin. We’re based in the city, but found the dealership so easy to get to. As young professionals, this was our first big car purchase and know it won’t be out last with this team.

2018 Audi S5 review
Love the car only had a coolant pump issue but ever since it's been smooth sailing. The car is gorgeous and incredibly comfortable with beautifully designed interiors. I've drive both the Mercedes c43 Amg and the bmw 340i which I think are this car's competition and I'd still have this as my overall pic.

Exclusive Auto Haus review
I recently purchased a 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLS from Exclusive Auto House, and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The team was professional, transparent, and genuinely focused on making sure I was comfortable and satisfied at every step. The vehicle was exactly as described—immaculate condition, well maintained, and priced fairly. There was no pressure, no hidden surprises, and no last-minute changes, which I truly appreciated. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the buying process smooth and stress-free. What really sets Exclusive Auto House apart is their honesty and customer service. You can tell they take pride in their inventory and value long-term customer relationships, not just quick sales. If you’re looking for a high-quality luxury vehicle and a dealership you can trust, I highly recommend Exclusive Auto House. I couldn’t be happier with my GLS and will definitely be returning for future purchases.
2020 Audi S5 review
I traded in a 2011 Porsche 911S convertible for the 2020 Audi S5 convertible. The horsepower is very similar but the tall first and second gear in the 911 made it slow off the line. The S5 is VERY fast off the line - smooth power band all the way up to 100 MPH. The seats are really comfortable, everything works - always, people are always stopping me to find out what model it is and complimenting me on the great looks - quantum gray with factory 20" wheels with Carbon trim. No better sports car for $70K !!

Napleton Mazda of Naperville review
I am so pleased to give this 3 people a 10 star experience. Starting with our very pleased salesman Tom Pazdan who made sure that we understood everything in details and overstayed for us till late night. Second thank you comes for Mark Bimel who made sure that we were treated very well and with his effort to make sure that the process was moving fast and smooth. Mark and Tom also worked together to finalize our buying process. Third we would like to thank Jen from finance for all her willingness to finally get us out quickly and very surprised approval. Me and my Mother were so welcomed and pleased on our car buying process by thinking definitely to recommend Napleton Mazda in Naperville to all our friends and family people. Thank you sooooo muchhhh.

Executive Motor CarzReviews
Executive Motor Carz review
I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was truly exceptional. Working with Matt from Executive Motor Carz was an absolute pleasure. From the start, his and the team's professionalism, honesty, and transparency stood out - qualities that can be hard to find in the car-buying industry. I initially hesitated about purchasing a car sight unseen, but they made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Matt was incredibly patient with my many questions, always available to talk, and guided me through each step with complete transparency. His willingness to go the extra mile, including a detailed video walk-through where we tested every feature, gave me complete confidence in my purchase. Any minor thing that came up was addressed and resolved immediately. It was clear from the beginning that EMC is committed to quality and customer satisfaction. Even being out of state, I never once felt disconnected or uncertain about my decision. Now that I have the car, I couldn’t be happier! Without hesitation, I’d work with them again and recommend them to friends, family, and anyone looking for a reliable, honest dealership. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle, *this is the place to do it.* Thanks again EMC team!
