Our journey of searching for a used Audi Q5 began more than 3 months ago. Our 1st experience was w/ Robert who helped my wife and I on the 2012 Audi Q7. Although it didn't work out, our experience was nothing short of amazing and the right at-home feeling.
Fast forward to 3 1/2 months later on June 9th, destiny brought us back to Audi Grapevine from a completely unexpected plan. We were on the way to another dealership to close out a deal w/ BMW X3, we stopped by Audi Grapevine to check out a new positing for an 2012 Audi Q5 without much expectations.
Vincent stepped in and created the best memorable experience for us. This Audi Q5 is a Prestige package that offers all the features we've been looking for. He enthusiastically showed us all how these features, MMI for example, work. He was also extremely friendly answering all the questions we had and reached out to Jameson, his manager, for additional information. Finally, he coordinated w/ the service department to clean the exterior and interior of the car like new b4 handing the keys to us.
We've been extremely happy w/ our 2012 Audi Q5 car. Our dream car could not have happened without Vincent's enthusiasm and Jameson's willingness to work w/ us. You guys rock!!!

This car is awesome, fast, fun to drive and the best of luxury. The car sounds great and the 7 speed transmission is a lot of fun with the paddle shifters.
I was amazed with the courtesy provided this dealership. I was expecting to get a ride home until they completed the repairs on my car. Kathy asked me if I wanted a loaner car? I responded how much per day is it. She replied it’s free! I nearly spit my coffee out when I heard this. I said thank you to her.
The problem with my car the check engine light comes on. I went to Autozone and the ran a test that revealed P0101. ITunes U videos showed this being an Mass Airfow Sensor as the cause of the problem. I had 29,300 miles on the car, thinking that it would cost me an arm and leg if I took the car to the dealership. I bought some MAS cleaner from autozone thinking I could fix this on my own. To make a long story short. I went ahead a took the car from the dealership. This was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and Kathy said they would start the repair on Friday due to the holiday. On Friday around noon I received a call from Kathy and she told me I could pick the car up anytime before 7 PM.
At end of the conversation I had ask how was it going to cost me? I held my breath! All repairs were free! Yes Free!
I went to pickup my car and and came home a happy man.
Today is sad that more businesses doesn’t that type of service! I appreciate Nissan dealership in Lewisville their staff for making my day just a little bit better. If the scale was 100 I would them 100 stars for the courtesy, professionalism and desire to give quality service to the people who bought cars from them.
Kathy should a get raise for her excellent customer service and her professionalism. Rating. 100 stars!

I test drove the Lexus RC F and BMW 650i. Audi superceeded both in style and comfort. Love the easy to reach controls.
Great buying experience....and nice salesmen too. Ask for Chris when you get there and definitely would recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from them. Great car inventory and their vehicles are very clean.

Beautifully styled. Solid build with plenty of technology and amenities. But, the bottom line is that this car is fun to drive, safe and confidence inspiring. Happy, happy, happy!
Bought the car and before I could even get home the car breaks down was told nothing they could do sense I was on the road plus car was sold as is and said they had no problems with said vehicle..... also bought an extended warranty and the part I needed was not covered I called to talk to dealer and said sorry nothing they could do... I feel if you buy a car and it breaks down less than 24 hrs the dealership should incur at least half the cost.... I just feel I was duped for 13k I had to drop another 1000 to get the part i needed from the oem dealership!!!

I love this car. I owned (2) 2012 Prestige S5 convertibles (shame on me) with transmission problems on both of them. (I am 65 and not an aggressive driver) when I was told that the 2nd Transmission repair would be $6,500.00 to repair by Audi (they would warranty repair not complete transmission) I said goodbye Audi
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

Car met my performance and comfort needs. Style and ride between normal and dynamic is excellent. Kicking into Sports mode gives an excellent kick for when needed (even though the normal drive mode is just fine). Gas per Gallon is the only downside... lower than expected.
Excellent service and help provided. This was a positive experience

The S5 is quick, capable, and achieves a near-perfect balance of luxury comfort and sporting passion. It's an extremely well-rounded driving experience. I've also dreamed of owning Sepang Blue Pearl since I first saw it in 2011, and it lives up to those dreams in every way.
We were on the road, and needed to get home. Our svc advisor Kirks fit us in, got the job done, and we were able to get home on time. We want to thank Audi Ft Worth for helping us out, since their wait time for a regular svc appt was about 2 weeks.

Purchase was very good. Had to add some things that were not on the truck. We were able to get things right Still have to take it back for the extra additions. The titan is a great truck this is the first one this size had a 2015 frontier

Incredible performance with all the creature comforts you'd expect. The Bang and Olufsen sound system is the best car audio I've ever heard. This car is like a cross between my old Jaguar and Porsche...it delivers everything you'd want from a sporty convertible.
I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

I bought this car for a daily commuter and it goes above and beyond its responsibilities. It has an amazing interior which is very comfortable. Only thing that is a con is the hud/screen. The way it is set up, it is kind of awkward. Besides that, the coloring, style and grace of the car is amazing. Easily the best/classiest/high-class car I've ever owned/driven.
The truck buying process was excellence. Thanks to Mark Kitchen the finance manager for his friendliness and kindness. Kenny Jackson for his excellence customer service and Mark McCain also great customer service.

I had been looking for a used convertible for some time and when this car came along I instantly fell in love. Have driven it every day and it loves to be topless.
Everyone they're treated me with the utmost respect very professional wonderful atmosphere very courteous communication was top-notch would highly recommend and Justin was fabulous. Delilah was very sweet and very professional.

Fun car, super responsive, fast, tons of power , elegant, designed very well as a driving machine with great look in mind. My red seats are gorgeous, and the engine power is unmatched. I owned near 100 cars in my lifetime, and this is my baby! I simply love it.
