Over the Top

I don’t typically write reviews (good or bad) so if you are reading this then you know the experience was over the top.
When it comes to spending my money, I look for quality, service and personality of the person(s) I’m dealing with. I have to say Jon, Derek and staff have my 5 stars. I traveled 2 hours to North Bay after dealing with my local Audi dealer for a long period of time to no avail. I knew what I wanted before I arrived; model, color and price. Traveling with my wife, son and two large pit bulls, our arrival was greeted by Jon and the car ready to be test driven. The dogs were given a warm welcome with the run of the place. With that said the black Audi Q5 wasn’t what my son and wife wanted. At that point Jon was put thru the test. The hunt for the car was on and Jon was with us every step of the way. We must have looked at 10 different cars. I thought for sure Jon was going to get upset with us. His disposition didn’t change from the time we arrived to the time we left.
We finally agreed on a white Q5. The buying process was easy. The price you see is the price you pay NO bargaining. I tried unsuccessfully. He gave me what I wanted for a trade so I was happy with that.
With that and a small deposit I was a new car owner. They do offer financing but it was easier doing that at my home town bank. Two days later I drove back and picked up the car. I spent 10 minutes to sign papers with Dave the finance person. Dave showed me the different extended warranties but did not push any of them.
I have to say it took me longer to register the car than to purchase it..
