Having now over 202,000 miles I can say this is a great car to own and drive. Friends never believe the mileage that is on the car because it rides and drives so amazing. The interior quality of materials and fitment are also exceptional and have held up perfectly over the years. These cars do require maintenance but if properly taken care of they will last a long time and be very reliable!

Poor and deceitful. Gave me an impression of a car in good condition but later found out that what they said was not true. Vehicle had taillight issues, engine oil at 50% brake pads and rotos messed up transmission fluid was not changed either. Car vibrates during stops. I was told something could be worked out if any issues but that is not true. No one answers the phone nor reply to text messages. Both the finance manager and the salespersons lied to me and that's not good for a business. Now i am stock with an issue that could have been avoided in the first place had they told me the truth.

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

Auto World of Georgia (in Cumming Ga) had a great selection of cars and honestly had the best looking cars outside of the original dealer (who wanted $5K more for the same make/model and year). Auto World's prices were the best around (I shopped for weeks) and I got a good looking car in great shape. Simple straight forward sales process with no "gotcha's." The price was the price and the dealer prep fees were some of the lowest of any place I shopped at. I'm really pleased with the car and hope to come back in a few years. Very pleasant experience for a used car purchase!

I purchased car November 2019. Took car in 1 month after buying for electronic issues. They fixed the problem and was fine. Now has another electronic problem. Will be taking it in for a third time to fix it They have not been able to correct it thus far.....other than that I love the car.

The truck was described fairly well in the description. Freddy was good at communicating. We got to the dealer fairly late but they were accommodating and took some extra steps to solve a few minor things I had concern about. The truck was a fair price and I am enjoying it so far!

Not exactly the vehicle for a large family, but definitely a step up from the Acadia. Fast for a small SUV. Definitely look forward to driving it.

I found this dealership online. I had never heard of them but saw they had a car I was interested in and would check it out. My salesperson Shane was AMAZING. Very friendly and patient with me. I can't express how grateful and over the moon I was to find the exact car with everything I wanted and more. Shane stayed late to ensure I was taken care of. He was overall FANTASTIC!!! The general manager Nick was awesome and their finance team...Kash was so pleasant. Everyone was such a joy to work with and went up over and beyond to assure that I was taken care of. I was in the market for a Mercedes, and I must say, they have a great selection and the price was way under what I had planned to spend. I have always bought from Mercedes dealership...not anymore. This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

Test drove this car while looking to buy a new car. It had a great luxurious feel to it when you walk in, and it came with a decent power boost. Quattro felt amazing when speeding up, passing cars and around corners. Never felt that i might loose control, even at high speed. Having the navigation/media display in the control unit (with the added technology package) is i think a must and a wonderful feature to have. Also, even though this is an automatic, i had a great response time when stepping on the gas and power on the road. If this car came in a manual, I would have purchased this car. But unfortunately in the USA this only comes with automatic.

My car has had a terrible whistling sound coming from the windshield. I went to another dealership about the issue but they said they took it on the highway and heard nothing. They recommended I replace the windshield wipers. I asked if I could show it to them myself, but they ignored me. I followed their advice but the issue continued. I came here and after not being able to hear the issue themselves, Nelson from Mall of GA MINI asked if I could show it to him. I showed it to him, and he said that they will be ordering a new windshield for me. Amazing customer service.

I've had my Q5e for about 19 months and have been very satisfied with this vehicle. The electric charge ranges from 21 up to 30 miles and if AC or heat is used the charge drops quickly but using it in hybrid mode helps at these times. Nice pickup when you want to go and very quiet.

2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.
