Checking internet for used late model vehicles Lexus, Mercedes, BMW...went to dealership to see an advertised vehicle....John (salesman), told us he had sold vehicle couple of hours before (we actually met buyer of that vehicle)...showed us others, test drove (NO HASSLES)...couldn't find low enough mileage on vehicle...John introduced us to Ben (manager)...He stopped everything he was doing and gave us 100% of his time....asked us lots of car questions from color to make and model, etc...he got on-line, found us a potential vehicle...said he'd bid on Monday (we were there late Sat afternoon)....Monday came around, he called me repeatedly, e-mailed me, on prices and conditions of vehicles...Bought vehicle (on my word alone, no paperwork)...sent me various pictures, stayed late following Friday, and we closed on the vehicle. ....I've bought and sold cars for 45 years....I've never had such a positive experience buying a vehicle. ..I will be back, along with anyone I know looking to purchase a vehicle.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

A sports car in an SUV body. Stylish, comfortable, great handling and performance. I have owned numerous Audi's and have NEVER been disappointed. The car simplification you driving skills if you let it.
I researched my car online, knew what I wanted and put in my request. Audi North Austin contacted me and we negotiated the deal and wrote it up over our smart phones. When I went in to pick up the vehicle it couldn???t have went smoother. In and driving out in my new Q5 in less than 45 minutes. Roy Tauriello made my auto buying experience enjoyable because he listened and wanted me to be happy and satisfied
We had a great experience with Audi North Austin. Roy was great! We didn't feel pressured and he was very patience with all of our questions! When we came back after purchasing our car with more questions; Roy being busy with another customer, the other salesmen step up to assistance us! I would highly recommend Audi North Austin!

This is a beautiful car, very smooth to drive with lots of horsepower. It takes a bit to get used to all the features. I like the fact that it shuts off when at a complete stop due to energy saving.
I recently purchased my 6th car from BMW Austin with Troy Massey. The dealership and facilties are beautiful and comfortable, which makes waiting for any maintenance or repairs actually pleasant. The buying process with Troy has always been easy, respectful, and no pressure. Overall I was once again satisfied and look forward to my 7th car in a few yrs.

The Q5 meets all of my needs. It's very comfortable with beautiful detailing inside and out. The workmanship and quality of Audi speaks for itself! Great choice!
If you are looking for a professional sales person who will listen to what you want is laid back about your decision to purchase then Jordan Casas is the person to contact! 512-583-3209 I started my search in 2016, but was very particular about the model, mileage and exterior/interior colors we wanted. Jordan kept in touch since the 3rd quarter of 2016! We finally found what we wanted in February of 2017. We been driving our Acadia for 1 month now and absolutely love it. Best thing - my bank UFCU didn't require any payment for 60 days.

Cathy was absolutely GREAT! Cathy made the entire process very comfortable. Our family truly appreciates the extra time she took to help find our truck. No pushing or shoving just extremely helpful and at our pace. Thanks Cathy!

It's fun to drive, it looks great, and I've had no problems with it. It handles fairly well in the snow with the Quattro. There is a lot of trunk space for golf clubs or hockey gear!
I can't imagine any way the shopping or buying experience could have been easier. Everyone was very friendly. Brian did a great job helping me learn about the Nissan Leaf since I've never had an electric car before. They let us take the car for a test drive by ourselves and even let me take it for an entire day so I could make sure I could make it to and from work on one charge. Once I decided to buy the car, the negotiation AND paperwork process took a grand total of approximately 30 minutes; that is not an exaggeration! And of course, I got a great deal on the price. My fiance has already decided that he'll be looking here when he's ready for his next car.

The Audi Q8 is amazing

I bought this SUV for my wife and I drive a 2019 SL 450. I keep trying to get her to trade with me, but she won't. The Q8 is truly a gem. I've never driven any car as smooth and as effortless as this one. It goes from an around town vehicle to a rocket ship with no effort.
The technology is really nice, a bite wonky to get used to, but once you get the hang of it, wow. Anything you could want, including Wifi with a subscription. I bought the YearOne package, I think they call it. It has exterior and interior features you don't get on the standard model. The wheels are beautiful, the tires are huge, the exterior design is eye catching. Subtle lines and enough design to make it very classy without turning it into the design mess Lexus has created on their SUV's (sorry Lexus, but OMG).
Rear seat leg room can accommodate any height person. Rear seats recline and are heated and cooled. Payload is more than I need, easy to access, load and unload.
There is a very large glass roof that opens most of the way. Windows are tinted almost all the way around. We opted not to have front passenger and driver windows tinted.
Truly the smoothest SUV I've ever owned. Powerful, effortless, seems to float over the road. It hardly feels like you're touching the ground.
Now if I can just get my wife to let me drive once in awhile.
I am an older person who has gone through the joyless process of buying a used car many times (I gave up buying new cars long ago). I was about to enter that process again with a conventional dealership for a late model, low mileage BMW 328i, when I ran across the Austin eAutos listing of the same car - it was a similar price but had 20K less miles. Actually it was a 2015 off-lease from Southern California with only 10K miles on it (I thought it was a typo). I began thinking about strategies of how to negotiate and play the dealerships off each other (the usual game). I set up a meeting at both places, AeA first. Upon arriving it seemed fairly normal, except there weren't sales people looming everywhere, and all the cars were in a huge steel building next to the offices. The people were smiling and friendly and seemed stress-free. Everyone was wearing jeans and casual shirts. I talked with Gary a while and learned that everyone there, including the owner, had been in the car sales business for decades, hating the typical way it's done; they were taking advantage of the internet era and a personal commitment to having fun to run a radically different dealership. They sell/ship lots of cars all over the world out of there because they focus almost exclusively on the top-tier of used luxury cars. I did a long test drive of an essentially new used car and got ready to start negotiating.
I had done a LOT of research on the car I was after and my trade in (a 12 year old Toyota Avalon that I knew wasn't worth much). I told Gary I wanted a total walk-out payment of $22K (car, TT&L, fees) plus the old Avalon. I steeled for what was to come. He and his mechanic looked over the Avalon for a few minutes and came back in and he said, "Ok". I knew I hadn't left any money on the table and he was still making some money, so basically he took a couple $K off the asking price and accepted it as a fair deal. I was stunned for a few seconds and said, "Let's do it". While he was pulling together a couple of papers I cancelled the other appointment. I had to get back to work, so I did the close with Dave (finance guy) the next day (took about 20 minutes, including processing in the credit union loan). While in his office the owner came in - a friendly guy in shorts and a T-shirt. He confirmed that for them (and I confirmed for me) the goal is to have fun sales experiences. They succeed.
They did offer me a very well-priced extended warranty, but I said I'd do that closer to when the factory warranty is going to run out (over a year from now). Their was no pressure on that point (or anything else) at all.
A week later, I got a call from Logan in the their service department apologizing that he'd been on vacation and had not had a chance to do the 10K mile inspection and oil change, so I am going in today to have that done (no cost). They didn't have to do that.
As long as I live, I will never buy a used car any other way and probably any other place, since I've never seen another dealer like Austin eAutos, .

All I can say is that this car meets my every need. I also like it much better than my BMW X3. I think it is a little smaller but I’m not sure about that, I just know that I love everything about it. Especially the panoramic sun roof!
This is the best car buying experience I've had. The staff was professional and courteous; not pushy at all. The showroom is extremely clean. My wife and I were allowed to take our car for a test drive (with no tag along salesperson). The prices are very competitive with no hassle involved. Shout out to Gary for the amazing customer service!

I love everything about this vehicle. I would highly recommend this small suv, I was looking for something not to big and I’m tall but it has plenty of leg room!
In April, 2017, I shopped for a new truck in Austin, TX, reviewing Toyota, Ford, Chevy and Dodge offerings . The Charles Maund Toyota sales team was by far the best. Veronica Sifuentes was just excellent as the point sales person. She listened to me to understand my needs/wants and then matched me with Toyota's best/most appropriate product (2017 Tundra). Unusually strong sales skills/talent, very easy to work with and followed up on everything. The sales experience was much better than anticipated, with no pressure, honest negotiations, reasonable give and take, and a very efficient sales close process. An interesting note: While talking with Ford, I mentioned I was trading in an old Toyota Tundra and shopping for a new "best" truck. Their sales guy said "Hmmm, most Toyota owners buy another Toyota truck, because they so enjoyed their prior one." Absolutely true, and after reviewing/driving the top 4 truck brands - I bought another Toyota Tundra. My last one was the best truck I've ever owned, with no significant repairs needed in 9 years of ownership. Currently, Ford F150 gets better gas mileage, Chevy Silverado has more tech inside, Dodge Ram is kind of pretty, but the Toyota Tundra is the most reliable, has the best repair record, is safer and will haul you out of the ditch every time - no sweat. The truck is just awesome - buy one and you will not regret it.

the steering in the allroad is a little squirley. I read that there are a number of sensors that may have something to do with it. love the car, but this is a little annoying.
I needed the 15K maintenance service. I called and asked for an appointment - where I came from, Seattle, you always needed an appointment. It was Tues afternoon about 3pm. Service said, no, the we can have you out of here in 2 hours if you come in now. So i drove there and was promptly greeted by Dylan. He said he would have me out of there in 1.75 hrs max. He asked if i'd been there before. I said no. So he showed me around and left me in the large waiting area at a work area where i could use my laptop.
About an hour and a half later, Dylan told me my car was ready.

I been looking for this cAr for long time and I was able to find it at BAYRIDGE Chevy so I made a appointment Togo and every one was helpful there
I have been looking for a new Silverado LTZ with 2WD, nicely appointed, WITH the 6.2L engine for a year and a half. I could have ordered one and waited the 60 - 90 days to have one built, but I didn't want to go that route. Capitol had 3 2017's in stock, one in my preferred color, and I was able to buy my elusive Silverado. Capitol's Internet Sales guy, Eddie Sifuentes, helped me greatly with my buying process, and suggested I get a CarMax appraisal when the first trade offer was way too low. He was able to get me $500 over the CarMax appraisal, and that got my out-of-pocket cost for the truck lowered by over $10,000! That's the kind of car salesperson I like. Eddie kept going out of his way to deliver the truck to my home, and volunteering to pick it up and take it back to the dealership next week when some dealer-installed options that were ordered come in. Marco in Finance was also very helpful, keeping his sense of humor as our transaction kept him at his desk until after 9:30 pm on a Friday night. He got everything done to wrap up the sale to our satisfaction in spite of the late hour. Thanks to the Capitol Chevrolet team - this is the second new Silverado I have purchased there, and I will keep coming back.
