This is my fourth Audi from AutoNation (formerly Fletcher Jones). My pre purchase dealings were straightforward and I received honest and prompt feedback about the car I was considering. I initially planned to get another Q7, but after the sales team explained my options with a Q8 and an SQ8, I decided the SQ8 was a much better fit for my wants and needs. So glad they explained these options. Car was in stock and I had it prepped and ready in a couple days.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

I have owned myAudi A5 premium plus 2.0T for over 9 years,I am the second owner. I have looked at newer ones and the S5 and the RS5 but have kept firm with the A5. My car is monsoon Gray with saddle interior. I have 51000 miles on it and I get about 25 mpg. The comfortable, quiet ride is only surpassed by the 8 speed at in sport mode as it effortlessly and flawlessly brings me to 70mph on the pa turnpike. Wow, still makes me smile after 9 years and smiles per mile is the most important thing for me now. When I get out of her I still have to take a moment to admire her lines and design. I have owned many cars, from many very competent manufactures but the Audi A6 to me is that 1 girl I will keep forever.

Bought my Q7 in for a recall service and once checked was told that I have 2 recalls for my vehicle and both would be attended to at the time of service. The knowledge and accommodation for service is what keeps me believing I made the right vehicle purchase.

Fantastic sports car, love the motor, torque and sound is spectacular! Fit and finish is all German, attention to detail with Audi's understated elegance. Steering feel is not BMW, turnin and lightness in the wheel are it's only short comings. Steering feel does improve as you come up to speed and the power assist rolls off. Tech is a bit old school, however a minor issue. Shift gate is good, slightly long throws to engage gears. Suspension is good, however slightly bouncy when sport mode is engaged. Magnetic System is greatly improved with MSS Kits spring kit and upgraded rear sway bar set to soft , which improves ride, squat and turnin. Brakes are Brembo, need I say more?

Went from a 2018 S5 to the 2018 RS5 because I loved the styling and wanted the additional power. The interior of these cars is absolutely fantastic. The MMI system is easy to use and fairly intuitive. Android Auto works very well, and I'm actually really happy that there is no touch screen interface to have to deal with. Seats are very comfortable and controls are easy to find and intuitive. Power is plentiful and immediately available. This car is a ton of fun to drive around. I have seen complaints about the exhaust note; I can understand where that comes from. Even in the most aggressive setting, the sound the car makes is pretty subdued compared to some other cars in this range. It's perfect for me, but some people may want a bit more. In comfort mode the ride can be a bit bouncey where dynamic mode is very rigid and perhaps best kept to track day usage. Comfort mode is just fine for me, but I do think the ride in my S5 was a bit better for day-to-day use. Minor tradeoff, but perhaps worth mentioning. All in all I am extremely happy with this car. It's fun, gorgeous, comfortable, and packed with a ton of tech that works very well.

This was the best purchasing experiences I have ever had. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The vehicle was as advertised. I have an old Corvette that I was driving too much so I bought a 2001 Audi TT Quattro 6-speed all original. So cool , I feel like I own a Porsche .turbo is loud. I have had this car for two years now and every time I get into this beast, I am excited to drive. I could have bought the the newer RS5 but I like the trim of this car much better. The V-8 screams for you to push it harder and harder. With 8250 red-line, there is plenty of room for exhilaration and acceleration. Not that it needs it, but there are plenty of upgrades for this car. I started with the exhaust, and it's even meaner now than before. The downshifts in sport mode are a menacing snort that makes other cars take notice. The faster you go, the better the feel and handling tightens up, especially around a sharp wind in the road. It's not the fastest car, but will blow the doors off of just about anything on the road. I get compliments often on this beauty.

i bought a 86 pontiac 2+2 . my credit union was not still in my state, so needed a co op credit union . they did not do that amount of money with out signed documents from my home credit union .mgm worked with me to get my payment worked through. it took a couple of weeks . when car got here there was a oversight with a maintenance issue .we talked back and forth we reached a agreement and they helped to fix the problem.in my case everything worked out
