I bought a used Chrysler 200 from them and did not buy the extended warranty. I just had the warranty that comes with used cars there. Anyway the alternator went out and the Chrysler computer needed reset. The car had to go to Chrysler for that repair. Pricilla was my service advisor and kept me up to date with everything going on with my car. Vandergriff also gave me a loaner car for 3 weeks while my car was being repaired. All I had to pay for was a new battery. I could not have been happier with thier service department.

I went in looking for an Audi and chase greeting along with bob the owner, they were awesome. Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

I worked with Jack in the internet sales department. He was responsive and helpful as I was going to have to travel to Dallas to get the car. We arranged the financing ahead of time, and everything was in place when I got there. Highly recommended!

I looked at the C43, M440i, this car, IMO, is the BEST value for the money!
