Calvin was extremely supportive. I loved his ?I got you? attitude. He he went back-and-forth to work out the details. The paperwork, however took way too long. I did not like being secluded in a room receiving a hard sale for additional coverage.

I had never purchased a Subaru before and was pleased with the information shared by John at Austin Subaru. He was friendly and knowledgable, a good listener, and enthusiastic. Also helpful were financial officers Jett Minor and Taylor Tice, who helped ease the tedium of contracts and transactions. They even had a friendly old-Austin employee who explained how the car bells and whistles work, after John had sent a "ready-to-go" email to me.
