Worked with Brian Villuannueva on a recent purchase of a Jeep Wrangler 2021 Rubicon. Brian was a pleasure to work with. He was straight forward, addressed any questions I ad in a timely manner, followed up and made the whole experience a pleasant one. I would highly recommend recommend seeking out Brian when looking for a car at Kelly.

AutoMax Preowned Marlborough review
I spent a lot of time searching for a specific color, make, and model. From start to finish Chris Trombley and everyone else I dealt with at automax to push this deal through were great. There were never any surprises. Communication was excellent and the transaction was as easy as it could be for buying a car out of state.

2025 BMW 228 Gran Coupe review
So far so good with this purchase of a dealer loaner car after the first 1000 miles. Nearly all of it has been highway miles on the return trip to LA from Las Vegas after purchase and a recent round trip LA-Las Vegas. Really smooth highway drive, The engine doesn't sound like it's laboring at all. Excellent fuel mileage so far as well.I haven't done much local driving yet. I hope it remains as comfortable as it has felt so far. (I went from an X2 to a sedan). If you're not used to it, the touch features on the dash might take some getting used to. The truck is smaller than I've been used to. Overall, I'm very pleased.

We recently bought Audi A3 2015 from Kyle. Process has been smooth and the car is great. Would recommend this dealer for any used car buying.
2021 BMW 228 Gran Coupe review
Having driven my 2021 Lexus IS for a year, I started looking for a change...Yes, Lexus is a great car and I must admit - built quality, reliability and safety is by far one of the best...Yet, I was constantly having a bug in my head, especially while driving on highways...there was something that was not complete with this car and I was having a second thought about it...until finally I realized- I was not enjoying driving this car! Again, safety and reliability were great but was it really what I wanted from a luxury car (many would argue that it’s Toyota after all, but hey- Lexus has so many great features so don’t be cynic)! All my friends, who had BMWs, would tell me that I had to try a bimmer. And here I am, sold my Lexus and decided to give it a try with an entry level 2021 BMW 228i xdrive gran coupe (CPO). Man, were my friends right! What a joy to drive this vehicle (and I must say that BMW enthusiasts do not even classify 2 series as fun as 3 series RWD, for example)...Yet, my BMW’s engaging driving hooked me- this is what I was missing - car that is an ultimate driving machine! And better yet, my CPO vehicle comes with 2 more years of warranty and 1 year free maintenance! Enjoying every moment driving this car... Handling, acceleration (especially in a sport mode) is by far so much better than my former Lexus…and it drives complements! It has one weakness though - you will fall in love with this car and will likely never look back at any another brand! My next one will be the M model if I can afford it...one day!

Tulley BMW of NashuaReviews
Tulley BMW of Nashua review
just purchased a 2024 BMW X3 from Tully BMW of Nashua, and I can't express enough how exceptional my experience was. My sales representative, Noah, was incredibly knowledgeable and kind throughout the entire process. His thoughtful approach made buying a car a truly enjoyable experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Additionally, I had the pleasure of working with David, the BMW Genius, who came out to provide detailed insights about my new car. His expertise and kindness were remarkable, and he took the time to ensure I understood all the features of my BMW. I am grateful for his assistance and would highly recommend his services to everyone. Overall, I would give a five-star review to both Noah and David. Thank you for making my car-buying experience outstanding! Sorry, Nick in Finance, I’m giving you a one star. I walked in there knowing what I wanted to buy, no finance, cash in hand, and I said I didn’t wanna hear the spiel about all the extras and the warranty. And yet you still made me wait for what seems like a half an hour for you to print off the paperwork, then hand write it down on a blank sheet of paper, when the printed one was right behind you. Not a fan of this sales technique to buy “ Add on warranties”. My whole buying experience was great until it came to the financial “upsell” of the deal. For reference, I was paying cash for my 2024 BMW.

AutoMax Preowned Framingham review
I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle at the AutoMax in Framingham. I have bought many cars in my lifetime but I can honestly say, this was one of the best car buying experiences I've had in a long time. This was my first time at AutoMax of Framingham and I was able to find the right vehicle, with the right options and at a fair price (compared to your competitors). However, what really made the experience worthwhile and very appreciable was the salesperson Matheus. "Matt" is really a great salesperson. Much different from others I have met and dealt with. Matt is extremely Knowledgeable and professional - Great Hire and Asset! I will continue to do future business with AutoMax and will refer my family and friends as well. Mark

Tulley BMW of ManchesterReviews
Tulley BMW of Manchester review
I have gone to Dawn Jellow at Tulley for years, and she IS the best. She is no xx, and has always worked within my limited budget. She makes car buying easy, and if you've bought cars in your past, you know that almost never happens. No runaround, no strategy to maximize their profits at your expense. Just honest numbers with a warm and friendly heart. Just got an end-of-the-month deal with her and Noah that I never thought possible. I wasn't even car shopping!! And this is not the first time this has happened... it's like the 8th. Go to this dealership if you want a pre-owned BMW. Don't waste your time anywhere else. Seriously. Been a loyal customer for 10+ years, and they have never failed to impress me.

NATTY IS CURRNTLY RESEARCHING A 2020 TOYOTA SIENNA WITH LOW MILEAGE THAT I AM VERY INTERSTED IN BUYING AND HAVING IT DELIVERY TO ME IN WELLSBURG, WV ZP 26070 -AND AS A SERIOUSLY DISABLED RETIRED MARINE CORPS COMBAT INFANTRY OFFICER OF 23 YEARS OF ACTIVE DUTY WITH OVER 25 MONTHS EXPOSURE TO AGENT ORANGE IN VIETNAM AND OVER 4 YEARS EXPOSURE TO THE CONTAMINATED WATER AT MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP LEJEUNE, NC! AND, NATTY KNOWS THAT, WITH MY DEATH PERHAPS IMMINENT, I MUST NOT TAKE A CHANCE BUYING AN UNRELIABLE USED CAR OR ONE WITH ANY NEGATIVE ASPECTS, BECAUSE I WANT TO BE SURE THAT MY WIFE OF 47 YEARS CANNOT BE LEFT BEHIND WHEN I DIE WITH AN UNAFFORDABLE PROBLEMATIC USED CAR! LET'S SEE WHETHER NATTY CAN CARINGLY AND PATRIOTICLY BLESS ME, A RETIRED MINISTER AND HEALTHCARE CHAPLAIN, BY ALLOWINGLY ME TO DIE IN PEACE RATHER THAN TROUBLED OVER MY WIFE MARGARET WHEN I GO AND CAN NO LONGER FINACIALLY TAKE CARE OF HER. The service here is what really makes the difference. You can tell when a team genuinely cares about the experience they’re creating for people, and that definitely came through here. The service was seamless, the communication was great, and the people made it even better. A really refreshing experience. Special mention to Yvonne, Cody, Michael and Vince! Y’all were truly amazing!

I worked with Nick Capone to buy a 2026 BMW X1 on 09/07/2026 The whole process was pressure-free and transparent. Nick answered all my questions about the features, and Dakota Derego, one of the finance teams, made the paperwork quick and painless with no hidden dealer markups. I?d definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest car-buying experience.

Metro West Auto SalesReviews
Metro West Auto Sales review
I purchased a 2018 Tesla Model S 100D at Metro West Auto Sales. It took a bit longer than anticipated due to some issues that needed to be addressed, but nevertheless they were addressed properly. The transaction overall was quite smooth and fair and I was contacted every couple of days with a status update. They offer vehicles with great pricing and they do not up-charge later with ridiculous priced doc. fee or any hidden fees. Eugene, Igor and Jana were always courteous and professional. No pressure tactics. They also assisted me with the incentives (state rebate and federal tax credit). I will definitely recommend them and consider them for my next vehicle purchase.

I had a 330i before I got the 228i. I wasn’t completely happy with the 330 & when my lease was up my salesman told me to test drive the 228. I loved it almost immediately. I love the style & options inside in the cockpit. The technical options r easier to operate. Love the extended sunroof too!
