Amazing experience with Nick

I would just like to start this off by saying that people are very quick to share when have a negative experience, but will not do the same when they have a good one. Well I just want to say that this weekend at the dealership, we had a better then good experience, we had a GREAT one. Shopping for a car can often be stressful; shopping with a car with two young children can be very stressful. We came to your dealership on Saturday, 3/10/18, with ZERO intentions of leaving with a vehicle, as we did have our two young boys with us which we knew would make test driving, and all the paper work very difficult. Fast forward to meeting Nick, he came out as we were looking at an M4, the car we came intending to just look at. He came up, immediately resonated with our boys, started talking to them, asking them their names, you could just tell he was super genuine and his job is totally more than just about selling cars. We explained to him that we needed 3 specific things, a convertible, four seats, and a manual. He very quickly did a search for us, found a few M4???s that would work for us. I convinced my wife to just drive it real quick to see if she likes it, however Nick very persistently convinced us to put one of our car seats in to take our oldest for a ride, which was a MAJOR convincing factor for us because of how well the car seat fit in the back seat of this thing. After us both test driving the vehicle, and great conversation with Nick, we knew we had to have this car, and we ultimately ended up working out a deal that worked for us. The transaction from start to finish was quick and painless, which was huge for us having our two boys there. The best part about Nick for me was how non-judgmental he was. We recently also purchased a Range Rover a few months ago, which originally we were in the market for a Mercedes SUV. Long story short, the sales woman wanted nothing to do with helping us, I???m guess because of our age, and did not offer very much help at all until she found out we were paying cash for the vehicle, hence the reason we moved on the Land Rover. My point is, you never know somebody???s situation and never judge a book by its cover. And with Nick, I can assure you, he made us feel extremely comfortable from start to finish, never judging us once. To end this, I will say, we had an absolutely wonderful experience at the dealership this past Saturday with Nick, and I feel all car dealerships could only be so lucky to find somebody like him to have on their staff.
