BMW of Buena Park review
One of the best experiences purchasing a vehicle if not the best experience. Working with Luis and Danny Lee was one the easiest processes in buying a car. The dealership was curious and very professional. They weren't pushy or anything. I worked with Luis over email and he figured what I wanted and when I arrived at the dealership my BMW was ready. I got the speak with Ross the manager and he wasn't pushy he asked if I was happy with the vehicle and said to take my time in making my decision.

Beverly Hills BMW review
I had a really great experience with Lucas. He was super patient and easy to work with from the start. Even though the car I went in to see was sold right before I got there, he didn’t rush me or try to push anything else. Instead, he took his time showing me around and helped me look at a few other options. You can tell he genuinely cares about finding the right fit for his customers. I really appreciated how professional and down to earth he was throughout the process. Definitely someone I’d recommend asking for if you’re in the market for a car. L.Montoya

BMW/Mini of Coconut Creek review
Do your self a favor and ask for Mike (Michael E Loiselle) I highly recommend this salesman and dealership to all my friends and family! It’s hard to car Mike a salesman when he wasn’t never trying to sell me anything, he wanted me to get the exactly what I was looking for. My experience was outstanding, thanks to my salesman, Mike. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional and patient. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and never pressured me into making a decision. Instead, he genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle that would make me happy. It’s rare to find a salesman who prioritizes customer satisfaction over a quick sale, but Mike truly did. If you’re looking for an stress-free, enjoyable car-buying experience, this is the place to go!

Stevens Creek BMW review
I have been Looking for a Used Audi Q6 E-tron Prestige with low miles was just listed at Stevens Creek BMW. I quickly contacted the Dealer and this Audi just came in on trade. I called the BMW dealer and spoken with Alec Kisin - BMW internet Sales. I explained that I was located in Washington State and was very much intrested in buying the car. Once I have obtained the airline tickets Stevens Creek BMW agreed to hold the car for me and I flew out the next day for a test drive, purchase and 900 mile drive back home. #1 Alec was very easy to work with. The car was in New Condition and on top of that a great price. #2 Harres Asefi - Finance Manager again easy to work with. Contract was already written for me. In summary: -Great Car! -Great Price! -Great People! -Easy to do Business with! Thanks Again, Guy Cheek

BMW of DallasReviews
BMW of Dallas review
From first contact by email to the final sale, everything at BMW of Dallas was seamless. As an out of state buyer, they explained the process even before my arrival. They had my vehicle ready for a test drive, which was a plus, Carfax readily available with a complete inspection list. Once it was time for the paperwork, which everyone dreads, that process took less than 15 minutes. The staff at BMW of Dallas were all courteous, helped with my concerns, and knew that my time was valuable. Mark Dominguez Martinez, Sales, made sure the process was flawless and as easy as possible. I would definitely buy another vehicle from BMW of Dallas.

Leo was great from start to finish. Bought a used Lexus hybrid that I found online and he had it prepped super fast so I could come in and see it. The previous owner hadn’t yet dropped off the second key but Leo followed up and made sure I got it. The wait for finance was way too long but otherwise great experience.

BMW of Gwinnett PlaceReviews
BMW of Gwinnett Place review
As someone who had just immigrated from Korea, I had to purchase a used car due to budget constraints. While I would have loved to buy a BMW, I ended up purchasing a Hyundai Santa Fe that BMW had taken in as a trade-in. The dealer I worked with, Gennaro, was exceptionally kind and responsible—so much so that he genuinely influenced my perception of BMW as a brand. One of the main reasons I chose this vehicle over cars from general used-car dealers was the trust I had in BMW’s basic inspection and standards. However, the way Gennaro handled everything afterward gave me even greater confidence that I had made the right decision. Having just arrived in the U.S., everything felt unfamiliar and overwhelming at times, but this experience reminded me that there are truly good people here. Honestly, when the time comes for me to change cars in the future, I sincerely hope to return to BMW and purchase a new car from Gennaro. I would even say that owning a BMW through him has become one of my mid- to long-term goals for my life as an immigrant over the next five years.

BMW of Gwinnett PlaceReviews
BMW of Gwinnett Place review
I want to take a moment and thank the guys at this BMW Service Center for the amazing experience. They listened to me when I was stressed about the sudden noise my vehicle was making, they paid to have a tow truck sent all the way to Conyers, and they found the issue I was so concerned about. I will come to this BMW location forever, and so will my kid. Special thanks to the Manager Patrick C., and the Advisors David G. and Trevor D. who coordinated everything from start to finish. Customer for life.
