Right from the start, they were incredibly friendly, energetic, and fully engaged in making sure my next vehicle upgrade was exactly what I wanted. What really sets this team apart is how accommodating they are. We all know how exhausting car buying can be, but the GM and my sales associate completely removed the stress. There was absolutely no drama, no frustrating back-and-forth games, and no high-pressure tactics. They listened to my structural goals for the deal, worked with me directly, and helped the entire transaction go smoothly and transparently. The service managers are really good to work with and I really appreciate them sending videos to my phone so I can see exactly what the technician is seeing. Pricing could be better and I think the 3% service charge on credit cards is nickel and diming customers otherwise they would get 5 stars.
