Shortly after submission of said form, Ned was quick to call me directly and promptly spent 40+ mins on the phone explaining the options available to me. After taking two weeks to mull it over, I finally visited the dealership to test drive the car in question. Ned kindly met me on his day off to execute the test drive and discuss pricing options. Ned was extremely transparent regarding the options available, quickly negotiated to meet my ask, and shortly thereafter, I was buying a vehicle from him. Picking up the vehicle a few days later was a walk in the park as well. I explained to Ned that I only had an hour to execute everything. Ned was able to expedite the paperwork process and had everything prepared for my execution upon my arrival. My experience at Patrick and with Ned was extremely frictionless and honestly, a pleasure. Recently purchased a 2024 4 series convertible. Love the way it looks and drives. ‘Ordered the car with the assumption that it had the cruise control and lane as dust that I was used to in my other vehicles. This car does not come standard with a front facing camera. Also does not come standard with the cruise that is what I call “radar” cruise. Just putting it out there for anyone shopping. I do love the car.
