Vehicle good, post-purchase cust. service lacking

Purchased vehicle May 22, 2017, with part of the sales agreement including having the driver side rear window fixed (it would only roll down an inch or two). It unfortunately took until January 22, 2018 - yes, 8 months, probably 12-15 phone calls, and two trips to the dealership - for that to actually happen. Satisfied with the results, but the amount of effort it took to accomplish such a seemingly small task was a bit much. In the end, operations manager (Sonny) DID come through, though, and otherwise our experience with the van purchased has been very good. I might suggest, however, a greater emphasis on post-purchase customer service, including from the sales person.
