I brought a x3 and within days it was in the shop, then when I got it out it went back in the shop 3-4 days later..I been having the car 3 weeks and 2 days and it?s been in the shop 2 weeks and 2 days.. I asked my salesman Kayden was anything wrong with the car and I would like a maintenance report.. he said no the car is good but I never got a maintenance report to see if anything was wrong I just went off his word, turns out the car needed 6,000 dollar repair job that I would?ve been stuck with had I not found out before my 30 day warranty was up?Kayden was so nice to get a sell, corresponding thru text, but the minute I had a problem he ignored all the text..smh.. I talked with Mr garret and Mr moe.. they?re over the sales men and they were very helpful and willing to fix the situation?and my girl vianey Seville in service was very great and easy to talk to, patient and understanding? I just hated the fact I paid for insurance and the car and I?m just now getting to enjoy it after all that, not to mention I had to pay for a rental for 2 weeks? but I would recommend this place for sure, just make sure u have a full inspection before buying a used car? but hey it?s bmw

I really felt like he was genuinely listening to me, understanding what I was looking for, and paying attention to my needs rather than simply trying to make a sale or push me toward what benefited him. That made such a huge difference in my experience. Brayan was extremely responsive and continued to provide additional information and answer my questions throughout the process. I never felt rushed or pressured. Instead, I felt like he wanted to make sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed and confident decision. The entire dealership experience was great, but Brayan truly stood out. When I’m ready for my next car purchase, I sincerely hope he’s still there because he is absolutely someone I would come back to and recommend to others.
