BMW of Buena Park review
Michael Nguyen was an exceptional sales person. He listened to our needs and worked hard to hit our targets. Michael is an experienced BMW salesman and knows the cars well. He was informative, responsive, and efficient. We bought our car the day we first visited the dealer and were impressed by everyone, including Tarik in the finance department. these are no-nonsense, knowledgeable professionals and we are happy we bought from them.

BMW of Monrovia review
Visited to test drive through Costco Auto program. Monica was prompt in connecting and arranging a test drive. Since she was occupied with a customer, Olya assisted. She was very professional throughout the test drive and purchase of a 330i. Negotiated a fair deal and the following day Olya drove 30mins to our house to sync our phones with the car and demonstrate the digital functions of the car! Great experience from beginning to end

ZRV Auto Inc.Reviews
ZRV Auto Inc. review
I was looking for a very specific car and ZRV had most of the options I wanted. That's when I got in contact with Zora. Zora is the kind of car salesman I would definitely do business with. Zora was prompt, clear, and very responsive in helping me find the precise car I was looking for. I would recommend this business.

CarMax BeavertonReviews
CarMax Beaverton review
April, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with purchase of our used Honda. Within a day or so discovered faulty VTC Actuator. We are from out of state and had to remain in area for repairs during the worst of the wildfires. But the amazing service manager Celine ( who was also covering jobs for absent co- workers) seemed to be able to make magic happen!!!! Within 30 minutes determined it was a repair that had to done at a local Honda dealer, arranged a ride to our RV for us, had our car taken to the Honda dealer. Knowing we could leave town and the awful smoke when the car was fixed she said she'd try her best to get our car back to us the next day which was a sat.( and her day off). Gave us her personal cell no. and set up in computer the details for our return ride to Carmax. Sat. was moving on but one call to Carmax for an update, they saw Celine had arranged everything for us to get our car on Sat. and BAM, magic happened!! Had our car within an hour, repairs completed, and we headed home to Florida. Yes, Carmax was great with fulfilling their warranty policy but it was Celine who put the efficient, professional, friendly face to implementing it. Thank-you Celine for being great at what you do!

I highly recommend this sales team and the entire staff that helped me with my M5 purchase. Great job and I will be purchasing from you again.
