BMW of Akron review
He was absolutely wonderful. Gave me all the information I needed to make a decision on my auto needs. Still interested, but must slow down until my Aidi lease is over in June.
2021 BMW 530 review
It's my 5th 5 series BMW. 21' Arctic pearl white 530i with cognac Dakota leather vented seats. Absolutely amazing car. Smooth as glass acceleration, handling and braking. Large like an an old 7 series. 44 miles to the gallon doing over a 100mph going to Arizona in eco mode. The Sport mode is kick ass and noticibly quicker and tighter handeling. When I test drove her I thought for sure it was a 6 cylinder, it wasn't. 4 cylinder twin turbo. I wanted the straight 6 but was $12,000 more...to much. Each night I still go out to the garage and look at her before going to bed. Will be buying it 4/24 when lease expires. Greg

BMW of Westlake review
My car was damaged in an accident and the body shop I was sent to by my insurance could not figure out the electronic repairs required .The technicians at BMW of Westlake figured out the issues within hours and Brittany (my service manager) was amazing at coordinating with my insurance adjuster . She also kept me updated througout the process. Would recommend this dealership for any repairs or buying a new car. They go above and beyond for their customers.

Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

An unbelievable experience!! We're from Tuscarawas County and we drove to Akron for our next BMW. This is the second time we leased a BMW from this dealership and it was a smooth, relaxing day there. The folks there are extremely friendly and very welcoming. Mark the sales manager is one of a kind! So easy to talk to and very helpful explaining all the options we had. There's no other sales manager I've ever dealt with, and i'm 61, that's been so down to earth and so easy to talk to during the leasing process. If I could I would give this dealership 6 stars! We will without a doubt be back for our next BMW!! Greg

R21 MotorsportsReviews
R21 Motorsports review
I bought an Alfa Romeo SUV recently from R21 Motorsports. After 4 days I began experiencing engine trouble. I also purchased an extended warranty with the car, a practice I would recommend for ANY car purchase NOWADAYS. The warranty broker Nick S. worked tirelessly with the dealer to work out a solution that worked for all parties involved. This was an unfortunate situation, but to Tad and the dealership's credit they stood behind the product they sold and worked out a solution that was fair for all parties involved. Based on my experience with a difficult situation that they stepped up on, I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from R21.

2018 BMW 530 review
As a retired Automotive Professional I've driven literally hundreds of car over my 40 year career. So, I decided as a retirement present to myself, I would go luxury this time. I bought mine certified pre-owned with only 15,000 miles on it. The quietness, the handling, are as good or better than anything. When passing, the acceleration is smooth and clean. The only drawback is that if you don't pay attention, you'll find yourself going 80.

Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!

Liberty Ford Vermilion review
Liberty Ford Vermilion staff and personnel answered all of questions and concerns about the vehicle which I was inquiring about with out pressure, and had honored all of my requests as far as me as a customer being able to thoroughly look at, check over, and test drive the vehicle which I was potentially to purchase.
2021 BMW 530 review
So well designed, engineered, and manufactured, just an awesome sedan, well worth it! CPO purchase means great warranty and at the same time avoiding a 40% depreciation if bought new!

2021 BMW 530 review
Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.
