Never felt pressured--really appreciated her honesty and patience explaining details of several options we had. She genuinely cared and was committed to meeting our needs and we feel much better knowing what is financially attainable and practical. Past experiences with other car dealerships for me have not been good and none come close to the great service she provided. Hope to lease a Corolla Cross or other hybrid soon as we're working to get our finances in order. Really appreciate her time showing the new hybrids available. Almost 4 years of driving experience, 35000 km , reliable, gas saving, quiet and comfortable.fast , but you need to add premium gas, generally, this car is a great choice

Oil change and maintenance. Repairs done promptly and faster than initial estimate. Facilities not nearly as comfortable as Lexus. Overall happy with the service. 25 is too long

This car did meet all my requirements in a new car. It has the power and speed of the M series. The ride and handling are exceptional. The interior styling with blue stitching on the black leather is a class-act.

Their facility is clean, sales agent (Donavan Rene) is nice & responsive, but had so much misunderstanding on paperwork that we ended up spending a night in Houston. But the dealership paid for our hotel stay and uber. I?ll give them that. They?re worth giving a second chance.

Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

Arrived at 1109a and was driving off the lot in my “new to me” car at 12:35p. Everyone there was friendly and the customer waiting area is great, lots of space and a pretty decent hot chocolate in their fancy coffee machine :D 10/10 recommend

Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

Excellent service..my service advisor is absolutely the best. He made sure they stayed and fixed my car on an emergency repair. He followed up the next day to make sure my road trip was safe.

Tommy is exceptionally knowledgeable and got me through the demo and ordering process quickly. Tommy kept me up to date with the production status and was always available to answer my questions. When the X5 arrived, Davin Pope and Tommy worked together to prepare the closing documents before my delivery appointment so I got through the process without wasting time or pressuring me to buy unnecessary options. Overall the delivery process was the best I have ever experienced.

So well designed, engineered, and manufactured, just an awesome sedan, well worth it! CPO purchase means great warranty and at the same time avoiding a 40% depreciation if bought new!

I bought a 2017 Honda Civic last week. I was preapproved before I walked into the dealership. There were a couple of issues once I began completing the buying process, but after 3 hours at the dealership, I walked out with my new vehicle.

This car is simply beautiful, spacious, unique color. It is gorgeous inside out. You don't see too many BMWs this color so I think it is unique color. It has one of the smoothest ride, which I find a plus for long trips. Love it!

It's my 5th 5 series BMW. 21' Arctic pearl white 530i with cognac Dakota leather vented seats. Absolutely amazing car. Smooth as glass acceleration, handling and braking. Large like an an old 7 series. 44 miles to the gallon doing over a 100mph going to Arizona in eco mode. The Sport mode is kick ass and noticibly quicker and tighter handeling. When I test drove her I thought for sure it was a 6 cylinder, it wasn't. 4 cylinder twin turbo. I wanted the straight 6 but was $12,000 more...to much. Each night I still go out to the garage and look at her before going to bed. Will be buying it 4/24 when lease expires. Greg

The absolute best experience buying a new vehicle. Jose was by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Being 4 hours away he was able to get me into the vehicle I wanted in practically no time. As a retired Automotive Professional I've driven literally hundreds of car over my 40 year career. So, I decided as a retirement present to myself, I would go luxury this time. I bought mine certified pre-owned with only 15,000 miles on it. The quietness, the handling, are as good or better than anything. When passing, the acceleration is smooth and clean. The only drawback is that if you don't pay attention, you'll find yourself going 80.
