Mercedes-Benz of Stevens CreekReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek review
As smooth as a Mercedes ride!! I have been a delighted customer of MB Stevens Creek since 2017, but my latest purchase experience, dated Sep 3, 2026 surpassed all expectations. Diana is the perfect companion truly. She helped narrow down my car choice based on budget, and made sure I got more from the bargain than I had originally counted for. I got the dream deal worked out in under 3 hours. Right from looking at the inventory to test driving a car to getting all questions answered to having the comfortable monthly lease worked out to completing the entire paperwork!! Throughout the process, three key players made sure the hand-off and the in-between updates were part of my sipping coffee time at the newly renovated beautiful showroom. I thank them all. Diana - the sales partner, for guiding through and being my champion. Kevin - the manager, for making sure he crunched the numbers to meet my goals, and Jalal - the finance wizard, who made the boring signing process a breeze with his warm stories and a package deal for servicing. I highly recommend MB Stevens Creek as the goto dealership for your perfect Mercedes ride - whether it's sales or services or just a visit.

Stevens Creek BMW review
I must start by saying that under normal circumstances, I never review and/or write regarding my experiences. Mr. Von since the get-go (phone & texts) worked as well as listened to our wants and needs. Although we didn't get the 21' sporty tires we wanted (we can purchase at some point I suppose) Ultimately, we got the SUV we wanted and perfect color the wife wanted (Brooklyn Grey). Btw - Von I may text you regarding a few suggestions with accessories! Eric C. Diaz in the Finance Dept. guided us with a swimmingly and smooth process; if there is a such thing when purchasing a luxury vehicle. With attention to detail and patience required going through a plethora of finance/numbers paperwork/signage he was passionate about walking us through with empathy and excitement. For all of this and more to come! Your superb care will not go unnoticed Eric Cahue Diaz! Happy Camper - R. Israel Medina Del Toro & Veronica Vazquez.

The experience here at Capitol Nissan was amazing I recommend Ruby Alcantar she was super helpful in our trip here since the very beginning! She offered for us to view and test drive every car we were interested in helping us answer any questions we had or any concerns. Eric Lam was super helpful in our pricing and helping us fit in our budget I would strongly suggest having them help you to have the best experience here.

I have been Looking for a Used Audi Q6 E-tron Prestige with low miles was just listed at Stevens Creek BMW. I quickly contacted the Dealer and this Audi just came in on trade. I called the BMW dealer and spoken with Alec Kisin - BMW internet Sales. I explained that I was located in Washington State and was very much intrested in buying the car. Once I have obtained the airline tickets Stevens Creek BMW agreed to hold the car for me and I flew out the next day for a test drive, purchase and 900 mile drive back home. #1 Alec was very easy to work with. The car was in New Condition and on top of that a great price. #2 Harres Asefi - Finance Manager again easy to work with. Contract was already written for me. In summary: -Great Car! -Great Price! -Great People! -Easy to do Business with! Thanks Again, Guy Cheek

CarMax RenoReviews
CarMax Reno review
I was looking to replace my Saturn but had no idea what type of vehicle I wanted. I dread car lots, pushy sales staff and haggling on price. CarMax is different and a joy to work with. After checking out over a dozen different makes, models and features on their lot, I zeroed in on a 2015 Subaru CrossTrek. My brother checked the mechanics and after test driving we both felt this vehicle was a perfect fit for me. CarMax is unique. There is no pressure in purchasing. Rick Baker was excellent in answering our questions, helping with paperwork and providing me with 1.95% financing. Outstanding! I would definitely purchase another car here.

After visiting several Mazda dealerships, I found that Fremont Mazda offered the best customer service. The salesperson really took their time with me and went above and beyond to secure the best price, which turned out to be the most competitive I found. If you’re looking for a new car, I highly recommend Fremont Mazda!

I was using another dealership for service and they were subpar, but Wayne ?The Car Guy? and Daniel Martinez were amazing! Wayne made us feel welcome and Daniel kept me apprised every step of the way. The service was done for a reasonable price (yes, in this economy) and I felt like I received a great value. Also, the cleaned AND vacuumed my car vs running through a car wash- it was so kind. Can?t say enough good things about their service department!
