My experience with Quenten was flawless. Our eyes locked as I was heading into the dealership, and I knew I had met my used car sales soulmate. We went back and forth about how little I was willing to spend, but everything worked out in the end. Five stars if you get my car to me tomorrow, Q!

We recently purchased a used vehicle and had an excellent experience. Quinten was incredibly knowledgeable, helped us explore several options, and quickly guided us to the right vehicle despite the huge inventory. We never felt pressured, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Ryan was also great to work with on the financing side. He was patient, transparent, and worked with us to find a solution that made sense. Overall, a fantastic buying experience. Thanks to Quinten and Ryan for their professionalism and outstanding customer service. We’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Trae was outstanding in his customer service. He listened to what we needed as well as wanted in a car and delivered. He made the buying experience one that normally is a stressful time into a relaxing one.
2021 BMW 530 review
Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

I worked with Wendy to purchase a Lexus GX460 from out of state and had a great experience. She was easy to communicate with, transparent throughout the process, and helped coordinate transport to Colorado. Buying a car remotely can be a little nerve-racking, but Wendy made the transaction smooth from start to finish. The vehicle arrived exactly as described and everything went very smoothly. I’d happily work with her again.

Ransom Wise was awesome. I've bought a lot of new cars over the years, but this was my first BMW. Just the buying experience alone was enough to make me a loyal customer, independent of the amazing vehicle. Customer satisfaction really is a strong focus of this dealership. All car dealerships say they are, but I've never seen it put into practice like at Hendrick BMW of McKinney.

We had an outstanding experience at BMW of McKinney. Ransom Wise, Andrew, and Finance Director Alex were all incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They truly went out of their way to provide excellent customer service—answering every question, being transparent, and making the experience smooth and stress-free. It’s clear this team genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend working with them if you’re in the market for a vehicle. ❤️1

Automay Car Sales review
Friendly, straight forward. Clean cars, easy to deal with. Did have to replace the battery after less than a week. Other than that, totally satisfied.
2018 BMW 530 review
As a retired Automotive Professional I've driven literally hundreds of car over my 40 year career. So, I decided as a retirement present to myself, I would go luxury this time. I bought mine certified pre-owned with only 15,000 miles on it. The quietness, the handling, are as good or better than anything. When passing, the acceleration is smooth and clean. The only drawback is that if you don't pay attention, you'll find yourself going 80.

So well designed, engineered, and manufactured, just an awesome sedan, well worth it! CPO purchase means great warranty and at the same time avoiding a 40% depreciation if bought new!
