Passport BMW review
I purchased a Portimao Blue certified pre-owned 2025 BMW I4 xDrive40, after trading in my Aventurin Red 2024 BMW X3. I called and spoke with someone named Teric, explained what I was looking to do. He said the car was available and to come by... he'll have it ready outside for me to test drive. This was 11:30AM on a Saturday, seemed very nice and we started texting to keep each other in the loop. I texted over my VIN and mileage ahead of time on my X3. Went to eat lunch and headed over and met 1:15pm, as planned. I gave him the keys to the X3, we went for a test drive... I loved the car. I showed then the quote I got from Carmax, they not only matched it but came up on the trade offer being they couldn't budge on the sales price. At the end of the day, they earned my business and were extremely cordial throughout the process. Purchased the vehicle at a fair price, they got a great trade in vehicle in return. Also, finance office did not try to sell me on anything... this was such a great car buying experience. And as someone who plans to stay with the brand, I will be coming back here for my next purchase. I live closer to the Silver Spring BMW dealership, literally 10 min away. But I will put up with the 40 minutes of traffic on my way to Passport BMW, because this is how the car buying experience should go!

Zarvo MotorsReviews
Zarvo Motors review
I recently had the absolute pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Zarvo Motors, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked onto the lot, the experience was entirely different from any other dealership I have visited. The atmosphere was welcoming, low-pressure, and highly professional, making what is usually a stressful process completely enjoyable. A huge shoutout goes to Ali and Jason, who went completely above and beyond to assist me. They took the time to make sure I was disclosed everything line-by-line, leaving absolutely no room for doubt or hidden surprises. Their level of patience and dedication to customer satisfaction was truly remarkable throughout the entire transaction. What stood out to me the most was how honest and transparent the entire team was. They walked me through all the paperwork, pricing, and vehicle history with total clarity, proving that they genuinely care about their integrity and their customers. It is rare to find a dealership that operates with this level of openness and trustworthiness. As for the vehicle itself, the car was in mint condition, exactly as described and beautifully detailed. It runs perfectly, and it is clear that Zarvo Motors only offers top-tier vehicles to their clients. I am thrilled with my purchase and give them a well-deserved 5/5 rating!

BMW MINI of Annapolis review
My buying experience working with Bryan Hidalgo was outstanding! Bryan was knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy. After getting a having a runaround experience from another dealer that left me angry and upset I found BMW of Annapolis to be refreshing. I felt It was a straightforward process and fair for all parties. Reina in finance even saved me money on tags something I appreciated. As a result I will dive the hour and half one way to have my car serviced with them moving forward. I highly recommend BMW of Annapolis and Bryan Hidalgo.

Passport BMW review
Jon Garrett, Sales Consultant at Passport BMW, exceeded my expectations. From my first inquiry about the 2026 BMW X3, Jon was responsive and knowledgeable. He showed real passion for his work and care for his customers. The process was efficient and stress-free. Jon respected my time and completed the transaction in a couple of hours, as promised. Jon’s professionalism and warmth made the experience enjoyable. He introduced me to Jay, the finance manager, who was also outstanding. Jay’s expertise and attention to detail stood out. He explained everything transparently and made sure I felt confident and informed. His professionalism made the paperwork process smooth and pleasant. Neb, a true BMW guru, took the time to walk me through every new feature of my X3. He answered all my questions with patience and enthusiasm. Neb made me feel comfortable with the technology and genuinely excited about my new car. While training Marie, who was also exceptionally professional and eager to learn, Neb ensured nothing was overlooked. Their teamwork and support were evident. I felt I was in the best possible hands. The Passport BMW team exceeded my expectations in every way. This was my best BMW purchase yet—I've bought six before. I deeply appreciate the care, expertise, and dedication from Jon, Jay, Neb, and Marie. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a world-class car-buying experience. I look forward to working with them again and will share my positive experience with friends and family. Thank you to the entire team for making my experience outstanding and unforgettable.

Best buying, selling and service center I've every experienced! They are doing it right! I rarely write these but am blown away by the staff and quality here!
2021 BMW 530 review
Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

BMW of RockvilleReviews
BMW of Rockville review
I had an excellent experience with BMW of Rockville, especially with my service advisor, Ali Souley. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the entire process. Ali took care of both me and my vehicle?s service needs in every possible way. He made sure everything was handled properly and kept me informed along the way. His customer service and professionalism really stood out. I?m never disappointed when I bring my vehicle to BMW of Rockville for service, and having someone like Ali taking care of my car makes the experience even better. Highly recommended!

BMW of Owings Mills review
I understand why BMW of Owings Mills is rated a top dealership. David L. Was a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. His knowledge about BMW and his customer service was a huge factor in my decision to purchase my 2022 X7. I was in and out the door with my dream car in less than 3 1/2 hours.

Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

Went in just looking and were offered a deal we couldn’t refuse. Joe was very personable and treated us like people rather than a quota filler.
2020 BMW 530 review
This car did meet all my requirements in a new car. It has the power and speed of the M series. The ride and handling are exceptional. The interior styling with blue stitching on the black leather is a class-act.

I recently purchased a 2020 BMW 540i, and I could not be happier with my experience. This is actually my second vehicle from this dealership, and once again, they have proven why they are my go-to choice. From the moment I walked onto the lot, the environment was welcoming, professional, and entirely stress-free. A huge thank you goes out to Wali and Diana, who went above and beyond to take care of me throughout the entire process. They are an incredible team—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Their customer service is top-notch, and they made the entire buying process smooth and seamless from start to finish. What truly sets this place apart is that they are a remarkably honest dealership. They are completely honest with their pricing and fully transparent about their vehicles, providing all the details upfront with absolutely no hidden surprises or shady sales tactics. It is rare to find a dealership that operates with this level of integrity, and it gives me total peace of mind as a returning customer. As for the car itself, it is immaculate. Just like my first purchase here, they specialize in very clean vehicles, and this BMW 540i looks and drives like it is brand new. If you want a straightforward, honest, and high-quality car-buying experience, I highly recommend asking for Wali and Diana!
2018 BMW 530 review
As a retired Automotive Professional I've driven literally hundreds of car over my 40 year career. So, I decided as a retirement present to myself, I would go luxury this time. I bought mine certified pre-owned with only 15,000 miles on it. The quietness, the handling, are as good or better than anything. When passing, the acceleration is smooth and clean. The only drawback is that if you don't pay attention, you'll find yourself going 80.
