Used BMW 530 for sale near North Hills, CA

We recently purchased a BMW from Rusnak BMW in Thousand Oaks and had the absolute pleasure of working with Martik. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel welcome and respected, which we haven?t always experienced in previous car shopping experiences. Martik was incredibly genuine, honest, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to walk us through every feature, encouraged us to really enjoy the test drive, and never rushed or pressured us. He truly listened and helped us get to the price point we were comfortable with. This was hands down the best car-buying experience we?ve ever had, and we?re so thankful we got to work with someone like him.

Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

Booking appointment online needs much improvement. Could not find option to change appt, so booked a new one. Then selected Chat and Text options connect to agents (that have very, very slow connections to the appt system), they cannot confirm a changed appt, they see the cxld appt as active, then text you later to notify of an upcoming appt that is actually cxld, and so on ... Such a waste of time and annoying. Unfortunately, it is much more efficient to call the dealership

Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. In short, thank you Mr. Frankie for your support!

As always, it is please to have a service at Beverly Hills location. People are professional waiting area is clean, providing complimentary espresso drinks. I feel PRIVILEGED. I strongly recommend.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I must say that during the entire procedure of trading and purchasing another vehicle, the staff members that attended to me were more that outstanding from the beginning with Ryan, the Syed, then with Kim and James & finally with Kim, James and Syed again. I can’t say enough good things about the customer service showed to me and their understanding towards me in my time of need during the entire process. My hat goes off to them all !

Almost 4 years of driving experience, 35000 km , reliable, gas saving, quiet and comfortable.fast , but you need to add premium gas, generally, this car is a great choice

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

This car went beyond my expectations. From the autobahns of Germany to the potholed, unrepaired streets and highways I have to drive here in the US along with avoiding those who drive without any regard for others being on the road my car has performed.

Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

I bought my mini there a few years back and got a great price from them on the purchase of my Countryman... no pressure, just honest dealing I continue to rave about the after sales service that South Bay continues to provie me. There is a new Mini Dealer closer to me in Santa Monica but I continue to drive 45 mins each way to SB, it is well worht the extra effort to me. I have never been disappointed with the care that has been extended to me. I need to give recognition to the service manager "Lino"... Even though my car is out warranty he is the main reason that I continue to bring my car to Southbay . He is very professional and always willing to go the extra mile to be certain that things are right for all of his customers...in fact, Lino and the service department will be the reason that when I am ready to purchase another Mini it will be because of the after sales servie etc. If you want a great price on a Mini as well as great service, South Bay in my opinion is the Only Way Best, Ben

This car is simply beautiful, spacious, unique color. It is gorgeous inside out. You don't see too many BMWs this color so I think it is unique color. It has one of the smoothest ride, which I find a plus for long trips. Love it!

Hi my name is Abdullah Mojedidi and I live in Menifee CA and I just recently bought my beautiful used 09' Mercedes Benz ml350. I loved the color combination from the exterior to the clean interior. All in all felt great on the test drive. Great costumer service and communication by Robert he always got back to me in a timely manner. As a retired Automotive Professional I've driven literally hundreds of car over my 40 year career. So, I decided as a retirement present to myself, I would go luxury this time. I bought mine certified pre-owned with only 15,000 miles on it. The quietness, the handling, are as good or better than anything. When passing, the acceleration is smooth and clean. The only drawback is that if you don't pay attention, you'll find yourself going 80.

This model line continues to amaze me as I trade them in every 5-8 years. The 2018 is the most improved of them all. If you've never driven a 5-series or a BMW for that matter, treat yourself!
