BMW of Buena ParkReviews
BMW of Buena Park review
This is the second time that I've leased a car from BMW of Buena Park and I have to (again) give them my sincerest thanks and appreciation -- with a most notable kudos to Veronica for making the whole thing as efficient and painless as possible! I'd been in touch with Veronica since my last lease was coming to a close, and she always kept things pressure free until I was ready to move forward, along with being so very kind, patient, and helpful once I had a car in mind. On top of all of that, she gave me an outstanding deal while being incredibly transparent and direct with any questions I posed to her along the way. Beyond that, they arranged delivery to make my life that much easier which was incredibly thoughtful of them. You guys are the absolute best -- thank you so very much for always going above and beyond! I'll be back for sure and continue to recommend you in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking for a BMW!

Highly recommend Sami!!!! came here to look at a car but left with a different car that I’ve been wanting. So I’ve been here a few times before just to look since I live closer to BMW Monrovia, this time I left with a freakin new M3! Because of Sami, I will only be coming to New Century. He gave me advice like a friend and not just trying to sell. I don’t think I would’ve gotten a car I wanted without Sami’s help, I had a budget and he really went the extra mile just to make it happen for me. The transaction went so smoothly, that I would do it over and over again. I was surprised how great the vibes were here. Everyone is friendly. The GM Mr. Pan was a very nice man as well. Thank you Sami, Devon, Michael, Peter and rest of the new century team! Feeling like I got a family here :)

Cerritos INFINITI review
I recently went in to have my vehicle inspected, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Krysta, the service representative, truly went above and beyond to accommodate me. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service, but Krysta exceeded all expectations. She kept me informed, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. I highly recommend this location, especially if you have the chance to work with Krysta—you won’t be disappointed -Doris

BMW of Monrovia review
Visited to test drive through Costco Auto program. Monica was prompt in connecting and arranging a test drive. Since she was occupied with a customer, Olya assisted. She was very professional throughout the test drive and purchase of a 330i. Negotiated a fair deal and the following day Olya drove 30mins to our house to sync our phones with the car and demonstrate the digital functions of the car! Great experience from beginning to end

Pacific BMW review
Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. In short, thank you Mr. Frankie for your support!

Jackie and mina were very helpful. And made the process very easy going and fast
2023 BMW 530e review
The good features of the 530e definitely outweigh the bad. The positive features include: good performance handling, good looks, and decent technology. The negative qualities are: less trunk space, sketchy fuel economy numbers, less than average battery performance and slower engine-only performance. As a former owner of multiple 5 Series vehicles, this looks similar but its clearly a different car with different body panels. BMW delivered this car with a level 1 portable charger, that charges fully from 0 to full (21 miles) in about 12 hours. A level 2 charger would recharge faster, but is not necessary if overnight charging works for you. Still having fun with this hybrid for now.

Thank you so much Lima for selling me my car. Franko and Cornell also helped me out. They get me a Mercedes can’t believe it.
2021 BMW 530e review
This is an excellent car. I was surprised by the acceleration of the electric motor when driving in the electric mode. The transition between the electric motor and the gasoline engine is seamless. This is a great car and it has exceeded my expectations. I ony have to go to the gas station about once a month. Over 60 percent of my driving is on the electric motor.

2023 BMW 530e review
Amazing car. My first PHEV. Charges itself while you drive, charges at home on a normal outlet, and gets great mileage anyway if you don't want to charge it. 0 to 60 in under 6 seconds. Classic BMW smooth and quiet feel and luxury interior. Handles really well, great sound system. The only down side is that now I have to buy the wifey one. ;)

LA City Cars review
I had a great experience at LA City Cars in Inglewood, thanks to Alejandro and Dion. Alejandro was an excellent salesman—very patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Dion, the manager, was equally impressive. He was professional, transparent, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. Together, they created a welcoming and trustworthy environment, which made a big difference in my car-buying experience. I truly appreciate their help and would highly recommend anyone looking for a good car and honest service to visit LA City Cars and ask for Alejandro and Dion.

BMW of Riverside review
Upon arrival always have been greeted with a very warm welcome. Service Department , Ruben Garcia has always been so kind, helpful, knowledgeable and most of all explains all issues clearly. I appreciate his honesty when he gives the wait time for service on my vehicles. At the end of service, I appreciate the full inspection report done by the technician, that is also explained by Ruben in detail, always with a smile and makes the review very comfortable. Side note… each time I have been to Riverside BMW, all employees including the the cleaning staff, definitely acknowledge the customer either with a good morning or a smile. A smile goes a long way 😊

Certified Benz & Beemer review
Great car buying experience with Mr. Scott Bailey at Certified Beemer and Benz! Appreciate the easy process!
2023 BMW 530e review
The 2023 BMW 530xe PHEV hits the sweet-spot for what I want in a vehicle: 1) with up to 21 e-miles on a full charge I have enjoyed 100% electric driving for almost all my day-to-day trips (in the past year I’ve only filled the gas tank to our 530xe about 3-4 times), 2) Easy road-trips with no interruption to wait-around for my car to charge, just fill the tank with gas and keep going. I’m just not ready to go electric-only because the technology and charging infrastructure just isn’t there (until it’s as quick and easy to get a full electric charge as it is to fill your gas tank (in just 3-5 minutes), I’ll happily enjoy my 530xe PHEV. It’s literally the best of both worlds. Also the 530xe is stylish (I get unsolicited comments often), seats are comfortable on long road-trips and car is sporty to drive. Plus the back seat is comfortable too — often not the case in other vehicles. I’ve throughly enjoyed my 2023 530xe with no mechanical problems or issues.
