The experience of purchasing my new BMW X2 was bade easy, especially the sales person Brenden Dorsey and the sales manager Andre Divera. I had a small correction done on the car, and it was done on time and the car came back to me clean and detailed.

I had an exceptional experience with Michael Romero. I contacted him about a BMW X2 and he confirmed the vehicle was in stocked. I came in the dealership 30 minutes later where I was directed to him. Upon our interaction he was very responsive and respectful. I told him about my concerns dealing with the BMW dealership in Naperville. He ensured me that he would provide me with full transparency. He showed me the vehicle and allowed me to test drive it. I was very impressed and wanted to discuss the financial aspects of the vehicle. Michael was very knowledgeable & honest. The numbers worked out and he provided me with a full break down of the car fax and the performance of the car. Lastly, after picking up the car he set up my bmw app and spent time being attentive making sure I understood how my car performed. I was thankful with how he presented my car with a cute bow and how he made sure I had a full tank of gas, all my questions was answered. He even followed up days later to ask about my experience. Please, visit this location and ask for Michael R he’s enthusiastic and pleasant to work with. Thanks again.

Second experience with this dealer and first with Ryan. I couldn’t be happier with the deal and the experience! In today’s world you can find what you want on line…however you don’t always get the personal touch with a great salesperson, phenomenal environment and service you receive from Sharpe. I hope to repeat the process in 3 years with Sharpe and Ryan.

BMW of PeoriaReviews
BMW of Peoria review
My husband and I absolutely love this dealership! We’ve been doing business here for almost 4 years, with our most-recent purchase being earlier this month. Aaron Jones was our salesman for a second time, and he did not fail to come through again. He listens to his customers and tries his best to deliver. Every interaction that we’ve had at BMW of Peoria, from the front door, to management, to sales, to finance, to the service department have all been pleasant experiences. This dealership always has a really great selection of vehicles, and it is our dealership of choice!

My salesperson, Ryan Schmall, was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to work with. Ericka did a phenomenal job going over all of the features on my new car and answering any questions that I had. Shawn Rugar worked very efficiently, I was able to take delivery the same day. The lounge was comfortable and provided a place for me to work while I waited. Overall the customer service was top notch! Highly recommend!

Sharpe BMW review
I live out of state and have been searching for a used 2020 M8 for months. I contacted the dealership and was put intouch with Ryan Schmall, who I found to be honest and acurate on describing the car. After a few days and lots of videos I bought the car without seeing it in person. I am 100% satisfied and would recomend Ryan and Sharpe if your looking to buy a BMW.
