Naeem?s ability to work with both my husband, me and my son was so awesome. He respected where we were and helped make the transaction easy and great. All the work my son had done was respected and validated, a treat for us as parents.

So far, pleased with performance of car--- only had vehicle for 3 weeks--have had a few minor issues-- great handling on highway--- some of the electronics are overwhelming for my wife

I found a used car at Laurel BMW of Westmont and went to check ot out. I arrived at the beautiful dealership and was behind the wheel on a test drive within a matter of minutes. My salesperson, Jeff Abbas, was nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He made the buying process easy and as fast as possible. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. He's honest and provides good customer servixe. The Finance Director was also great to work with and arranged financing pretty quickly at an affordable rate.

Whenever my vehicle needs service I take it here. The service managers are really good to work with and I really appreciate them sending videos to my phone so I can see exactly what the technician is seeing. Pricing could be better and I think the 3% service charge on credit cards is nickel and diming customers otherwise they would get 5 stars.

I absolutely loved my service from Zeigler of Orland Park. I drove 2hours away from the the location and received excellent service. Grant and Colleen were exceptional and had all my paper work ready for me to sign. When I test drove the car Colleen made sure I had a full tank of gas before leaving. Vince Was Able To Make Sure The Issues And service I Needed Taken Care Of Were Complete Although I Will Be Needing To Take My 750Li Back In Due To Not Being Able To Open My Front Drivers Door Without First Unlocking It With The Key Fob And Also The Light For The Door Handle Is No Longer Working.
