Their facility is clean, sales agent (Donavan Rene) is nice & responsive, but had so much misunderstanding on paperwork that we ended up spending a night in Houston. But the dealership paid for our hotel stay and uber. I?ll give them that. They?re worth giving a second chance.

BMW of West HoustonReviews
BMW of West Houston review
I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Tommy Luk at BMW West! I recently purchased a 2024 BMW X3 after my previous vehicle was totaled, and Tommy made what could have been an overwhelming and stressful process such a positive experience. From the very beginning, Tommy was genuinely kind, patient, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I never felt pressured or like I was just another sale. He truly took the time to listen, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase. You can tell that he genuinely cares about the people he works with, and that kind of customer service is hard to find. There’s a reason our family keeps coming back to him! Two of our family members had already purchased vehicles with Tommy before me, making me the third, and after my experience I completely understand why. We’ve already recommended him to other family members and will continue to send anyone looking for a vehicle his way. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, personable, and truly goes above and beyond for his customers, ask for Tommy Luk. He has absolutely earned our family’s business and our highest recommendation. Thank you, Tommy, for making my X3 purchase such a wonderful experience! ❤️🚙

2016 BMW 740 review
After owning two 8 cylinder BMW's, l was skeptical about buying a 7 series with a turbo charged six cylinder. I am surprised by how fast this car is from zero to sixty. I love the new interior and exterior of the all new 2016 7 series. The tech is awesome. I expect that this will be the most reliable 7 series ever.

Very please with the car. I had a 2018 530d which I thought was very quite but this is just the next level. I look forward to longer journeys. The torque in the car is addictive and so smooth. I just wish I could sit in the back!

Quality vehicles, quality employees. Worked with Rojan who knows his inventory front and back and no question was left unanswered. I sold cars for 7 years and I was highly impressed with the attention to detail this dealership brought to the table. Great cars, great prices and professional employees from the front to the back. I highly recommend this dealer!

ABZ Motors review
I purchased a car from ABZ online in April of '26 and I would highly recommend them to any buyer. The experience was easy and great communication led to a painless buying process. Thomas Contreras in sales was very helpful in getting the deal closed and scheduling the entire shipping process including picking a respected carrier. Buying a car online unseen can be risky but with ABZ it was exactly as promised.

ABZ Motors review
I would like to offer my highest recommendation for Omar Soliman. Recently, Omar took time out of his day to show my young son several of his dream cars. What could have been a brief interaction became a truly memorable experience because of Omar's generosity, patience, and genuine kindness. He asked for nothing in return and simply wanted to bring joy to a child who shares a passion for automobiles. In a world where people are often focused on their own priorities, Omar demonstrated a level of selflessness and character that is increasingly rare. He treated my son with respect, enthusiasm, and sincerity, making him feel valued and important. The excitement and happiness that experience brought to my son is something he will remember for years to come. Omar's actions reflected the qualities that define exceptional character: kindness, humility, generosity, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on others. I am deeply grateful for the time he invested and for the lasting memory he created for my son. Without hesitation, I recommend Omar as a person of outstanding integrity and compassion.

We had a wonderful experience at Unique Auto Group. We found the vehicle online and called to say we were interested. They had the vehicle pulled out and ready. The price was excellent and as advertised. No hidden fees or problems. Amir was great! He helped through the sales process, and everything went without issues. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Unique Auto Group! We will definitely buy from them again!

2001 BMW 740 review
November 16, 2023. On my second silver/ black 01 740il in Marin County with 146k miles. First got rear-ended at 200 in perfect condition. Current car at 144k miles has had $1500-3000 per year of typical servicing including brakes, coolant system, engine mounts, struts, and frequent oil changes to keep the original timing chain guides happy. Great V8 torgue and cruising power, super comfort w heated seats, 24-28 highway mpg; 18.5-20 around town. In a town of Vettes, Ferraris, and numerous high-end sleds, her classic, politely bold looks really stand out.

I recently purchased a 2024 BMW X7 from the new BMW of West Houston location, and the entire experience was world-class. From the moment I walked into their impressive new facility, I knew I was in the right place. A huge thank you to my Client Specialist, Tommy Luk. Tommy is professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process seamless. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and ensured that the delivery of my X7 was perfect. It is clear that he truly cares about his clients and the BMW brand. If you are looking for a new BMW or a high-quality Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, I highly recommend visiting this new location and asking for Tommy Luk. You won’t be disappointed. Five stars all the way!

BMW of West Houston review
Just ask for Reza🏁 Exceptional service. He reached out to me from an online inquiry at about noon. I was able to come in, test drive (2 cars), purchase my car and be home by 5pm. He gave me some time to sit in the car and deliberate for a hour so on my own. He gave me the keys to both cars to test drive and test out. I told him what I wanted, what I was interested in paying for it - and boom 💥 purchase complete and I am satisfied customer. Reza is a true sales man. He contacted me the day after to check on me and give me a small token that I mentioned prior to leaving the dealership. I highly recommend Reza. 100% will be my sole contact moving forward.

Worked With David R. and Alex N. in buying a 2021 BMW. Professional and courteous all the way around. Was the easiest car buying experience we've ever had. Stevn F. went through all the features and functions with my wife and he was fantastic. Great buying from them and would definitley recommend!

Auto Boutique TexasReviews
Auto Boutique Texas review
I recently had an exceptional car shopping experience at Auto Boutique. From the moment I walked through the door, the staff was incredibly responsive, addressing all my queries with patience and professionalism. They were genuinely helpful, guiding me through the process without any pressure, ensuring I felt informed about my choices. The politeness of everyone at Auto Boutique was particularly noteworthy; they made me feel valued and respected throughout my visit. I have not yet found a car that perfectly matched my needs but left with a positive impression of what customer service should be. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a smooth and pleasant car buying journey.
