Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. I recently took my Corvette C8 in for squeaky brakes. I thought for sure it will cost me some money to replace them. A few hours later, I was told there was no charge. I was surprised and delighted to hear that! I've recently purchased the vehicle from Fairway Chevrolet, and it has low miles. My service advisor told me the brakes were fine. There was just dust between the brakes. They could have charge me for the service and told me the brake pads were replaced, and I would never know the difference. Thanks for being honest! I will definitely continue to bring my vehicles to Fairway Chevrolet for any service needs. I highly recommend everyone out there to bring their vehicles to Fairway Chevrolet. They will treat you right!
