New Century BMW review
I have just leased a 330i with the internet sales manager Sami Asadourian, and I am truely happy with the process and the final deal I got. I am from the Bay area and I have visited numerous dealers in the Bay area before coming to the new century BMW. I even went to another dealer in person in LA before coming to the new century, not to mention I have called many before flying to LA. Among all the experiences, I have to say that Sami was the most honest, transparent, and respectful salesperson that I met. I went directly to him and asked about the resulidual rate, the money factor, and the MSRP, etc. He gave me all the numbers without a doubt, and on top of that, a great satisfying discount. It was pleasant to do business with Sami, and I definitely will lease my next car with him in 3 years.

Pacific BMW review
We had a great experience with Pacific BMW. The car we purchased was beautiful and we got a great deal for it. The only negative part of the purchase was the actual buying process. It took a little longer than we expected and maybe it could have been a bit more streamlined. But in the end, the car was worth the wait.
2023 BMW i4 Gran Coupe review
I have the M50 version of the iV. I love the independence and drive of the electric car. It has super power, sometimes surprising do. It accelerates instantly and with tons of power. I also love the hatch back; lots of room in the trunk space. My issue with the car is primarily the fact that it really is a sorts car: quite low to the ground, which isn't the easiest at my age (71) to get into. Because of the demand for the car when I bought it, I had to make a decision without really test driving it. The i5 wasn't yet available, and I wanted electric but not the huge iX, so the iV was my only option for an electric at the time. The tires on the car are mounted on 19" rims, so the tire face is thin. This means that the tires puncture or tear quite easily, like just gently scraping a curb. I just bought a set of snow tires with 17" rims but all-season tires are not yet available (hope they will be soon!). This had added a significant unforeseen cost to the annual maintenance if the car. Good car if you aren't troubled by these issues but maybe pass on the iV of you are and head to the i5 or another manufacturers EV.

BMW of Santa MonicaReviews
BMW of Santa Monica review
We walked into SM BMW only looking to test drive the new 228i. Knowing that we wanted a manual transmission, we knew we'd have to order the car. We planned to play a few dealerships against one another to get the best deal. After talking for a few minutes about what we specifically were looking for, our rep informed us they had a brand new 328i that fit the bill. We looked at it, and even though it wasn't exactly what we were looking for, it was exactly what we really wanted! We made out like bandits on the deal, as BMW's with manual transmissions aren't exactly what the average buying is looking for, but it was EXACTLY what we wanted. The car is loaded up with all the options, and 6 months in we couldn't be happier with it. First service was easy to schedule, they provided a loaner car that was comparable to our car (automatic tho) and it was ready on time. I highly recommend this dealership, Achilles, our advisor, and BMW in general. This is my 5th BMW, but first from this dealership, I'm already planning on #6, and it will be from Santa Monica BMW!

The overall experience was a pleasure. Jade Ramos is a great salesperson. She was super helpful and very responsive, even on her days off. The sales manager, Dave Erickson, didn't play the sales game. he gave me the price that I was looking for with no haggling. The only problem is that now my wife wants one too.

I had a really great experience with Lucas. He was super patient and easy to work with from the start. Even though the car I went in to see was sold right before I got there, he didn’t rush me or try to push anything else. Instead, he took his time showing me around and helped me look at a few other options. You can tell he genuinely cares about finding the right fit for his customers. I really appreciated how professional and down to earth he was throughout the process. Definitely someone I’d recommend asking for if you’re in the market for a car. L.Montoya

Awesome experience with Adam very attentive and non judgemental. He was very detailed with the contact and very knowledgeable. However, Jesus who works the shop that sells hats and keychains unmeasurably rude on so many levels. I put a BMW hat on hold and it was 1 min and 30sec remaining he said extremely rude Its closed and I have somewhere to be I proceeded to plead and say it was on the register on hold with the cashier who was ringing up a customer. But remember the doors were not closed yet and they were still helping someone. My sister and I just bought 150k in cars that day and didnt even get I AM SORRY come back tomorrow .. just I have somewhere to be.. From the front to the back was exceptionally amazing but Jesus if I had not already looked at a car, we would have went somewhere else. Five star everything. - 5 stars for the store representative.

Van Nuys Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Alex and Juan from the Service department are amazing! My boyfriend dropped off his vehicle this past Saturday for an inspection. We returned later that evening for an update, and Alex let us know that their mechanic found an issue. Alex mentioned that it would take a few days to resolve, considering it was the weekend. During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! Alex has truly gone above and beyond to take care of us while our vehicle is being serviced. He has kept us updated the entire time, and we never had to worry or feel stressed through this process. We can't thank him enough for his patience, kindness, and phenomenal Customer Service. This location has a gem of an employee, and we hope that he is recognized! Thank you, Alex! And thank you, Juan! We look forward to working with you again.

I recently purchased my Bronco from Ken Grody, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Irving made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free. He took the time to walk me through every step and went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. Damian, who handled my loan, was also incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. Their outstanding customer service made the buying experience enjoyable from start to finish. I'll definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.

I bought a used car that was highly sought after, based on it having only 2k miles per year and it's price point. I worked with Ed, who went out of his way not only to reassure me that I had secured my spot as the buyer, but also provide me with photos and updates as the car went through the reconditioning and detailing process. Ed was extraordinarily responsive, answering my (many) texts within minutes! Ed demonstrated exceptional professionalism, caring and compassion. I would buy another car from him in a heartbeat.

I had an amazing car-buying experience at Pacific BMW thanks to Bob and James. From the moment I walked into the dealership, both of them went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Bob was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and patient as we looked at different options. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I found the perfect vehicle without ever making me feel pressured or rushed. James was equally phenomenal, handling the logistics and communication flawlessly. His professionalism, transparency, and friendly attitude turned what is usually a stressful process into an absolute breeze. Even after the sale, his communication has been excellent. If you are looking for a seamless, honest, and top-tier experience at Pacific BMW, I highly recommend asking for Bob and James. They are absolute professionals who truly care about their customers!

Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. In short, thank you Mr. Frankie for your support!

BMW of Buena ParkReviews
BMW of Buena Park review
This is the second time that I've leased a car from BMW of Buena Park and I have to (again) give them my sincerest thanks and appreciation -- with a most notable kudos to Veronica for making the whole thing as efficient and painless as possible! I'd been in touch with Veronica since my last lease was coming to a close, and she always kept things pressure free until I was ready to move forward, along with being so very kind, patient, and helpful once I had a car in mind. On top of all of that, she gave me an outstanding deal while being incredibly transparent and direct with any questions I posed to her along the way. Beyond that, they arranged delivery to make my life that much easier which was incredibly thoughtful of them. You guys are the absolute best -- thank you so very much for always going above and beyond! I'll be back for sure and continue to recommend you in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking for a BMW!

Certified Benz & Beemer review
This dealership doesn’t negotiate price. I randomly walked in one day and Michel helped me out, he sent me different car options over a few days and ultimately helped me purchase a great car. It was a quick and easy process which I appreciated and also a no pressure environment which was nice.
2024 BMW i4 Gran Coupe review
As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

Mini was very thorough and detailed. When they returned my car it was practically brand new. It needed a lot of work and they were the ones to do it. Once returned, they washed and detailed it and added some special perks that made my countryman look beautiful and feel special. Thank you to Marcos for being diligent and amazing customer service.

2023 BMW i4 Gran Coupe review
My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

2023 BMW i4 Gran Coupe review
I've had EVs since 2012. First was a Nissan Leaf, then a VW eGolf, then an Audi A3 etron. Those were all outstanding cars, but compared to all of those the i4 eDrive40 is in a different class. It's very responsive and quick. It feels extremely high-tech and plays Hans Zimmer iconic sounds. When we've gone on longer trips, consistently gets 280-300mi / 100% charge. Unless we're on a trip, I only charge it to 80% and it gets about 220-240mi on a charge. It's amazingly smooth and solid, and the interior is top notch. The M-Sport Pro package with custom color and leather made it at the top of the price range, so from a value perspective it seems excessive.
