Joe answered all of my questions honestly and to my satisfaction. We would have chosen their vehicle/dealership if it hadn't been for a small issue with the out of state sales tax credit policy. It could have been quite expensive, but Niello took responsibility for insuring I was happy with my "new" used car -- quite a deal for me! The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

One issue I had, which is no fault of Tim’s is your recent 3% service charge when paying with a credit card. Seems more and more establishments are passing this fee onto consumers and I expect more from BMW. If not for Tim’s exceptional customer service over the years I would even consider going elsewhere on principle for future work.
