2024 BMW i5 review
I have had EVs for over 10 years now. This car and my wife's 2025 I4 have fixed many of the aggravations I have had with the other vehicles the I5 M60 is the best EV and car I have owned yet. I hope BMW does not do something stupid and discontinue this model. It takes a a while for people to get used to a new technology. These cars are almost a perfect car. No gas stations, charge at home. PERFECT!

BMW of Chula VistaReviews
BMW of Chula Vista review
Purchased a pre-owner Toyota Venza from BMW of Chula Vista. I was pretty determined to buy the car and expressed that since the beginning. The car was placed on hold and purchased the following day. Was treated with respect and importance since my arrival. Only complaint is the car had a non negotiable alarm/tracking system that is supposed to help against theft. Was unable to remove it from the purchase and had to pay close to $700 more for the car. It’s a mark up that I didn’t see coming. I was also asked to run a soft pull to place the car on hold. Was explained that this was necessary to make sure they could confirm identity of purchaser. I stood my ground and did not allow any soft pulls to hold car for purchase the following day. That felt deceiving since I thought a soft pull isn’t normally necessary for identity confirmation nor thought it was relevant to place a car on hold.

BMW of South AustinReviews
BMW of South Austin review
My experience at this dealership was great from start to finish. I'm usually someone who specs exactly what I want and factory orders it. When we discovered the 2026 order banks were already closed, I had written off the process and planned to wait for the 2027 models. Instead, Michael McKenery put in the extra work to locate nearly the exact spec I wanted within the dealer network. He reached back out, walked me through the single option I'd have to compromise on, and we put together a deal. The rest of the purchase was completely seamless, with zero pushy add-on tactics in the finance office. Overall, Michael and the team genuinely care about customer satisfaction and getting you into the right car.
2024 BMW i5 review
This car is simply amazing. It's my second electric car and my first BMW. The i5 gives me what I never knew I was missing from my previous car (Tesla Model 3). First, the comfort and silence of the i5's cabin is significantly better than anything I've driven before. It takes the bumps so comfortably and I love how my trips on the interstate are surprisingly quiet inside. The styling is gorgeous, too. Classic BMW sedan look, brought a few years into the future. Great balance between aggressive and refined. Inside, I love the giant display. Everything's there in sight, without having to switch back and forth between screens. Plus, I have just the right amount of physical controls so I don't have to use the touch screen all the time. Finally, the performance is incredible. I've got several modes to choose from, to fit my driving for the trip. Sport is obviously my favorite, especially with the sounds that are included! This was definitely the most expensive vehicle I've bought, but overall, I have no regrets... fit, finish, and feature-set are all top notch.

Porsche of NashvilleReviews
Porsche of Nashville review
I'm from Ohio and I never bought a car on my own yet let alone out of state and I desperately needed something to replace my old one. After diligently reading reviews here, I decided to take my chances and I'm really glad I did. William was incredibly kind and transparent with me and even had the patience to answer all 1 million of my questions. I never felt like I was lead astray and when compromising needed to occur, it was done with lots of tact and care. Thank you for my used 2018 MINI Cooper countryman!! I never make reviews but I wanted to assuage anyone else out there who is looking for that one review to ease their mind. I definitely can see myself browsing your stock again in the future.

He was flexible and open to any questions, while walking me through the process! Friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. The financing process with David's help was a breeze! The process was time efficient and pretty flawless. He was on point with communication and very knowledgeable. Still loving my new car 2 months later- it exactly what I wanted and drives like a dream!!!

Melbourne BMWReviews
Melbourne BMW review
The dealership service was okay, I was in for an oil change along with a noise issue. The survive team at the front desk is great, I was able to get a loaner vehicle however a notice that anything more than 75 miles in a day you will be charged per mile extra. The main issue I had was that the tech never reset the services notifications on the dash, resulting me to drive into the dealership again. The front team was able to take care of however based on the limited useage of loaner and having to go back in I gave a 4/5 stars.

BMW of Milwaukee NorthReviews
BMW of Milwaukee North review
I texted back and forth several times with Nayela. She was extremely responsive and helpful. After several conversations, I decided to visit the dealership to testdrive the car that I was interested in. I showed up unannounced, and Nayela could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The manager also came out and talked to me. Unfortunately, I did not buy the car right away, and it was taken that same day by someone else. But my experience with the staff and BMW Milwaukee North was excellent.
