Very performance-focused machine. Not looking forward to replacing expensive tires regularly. Not a terribly fuel efficient vehicle. It’s quite the joy to drive, however. Happy overall.

My 2016 X-1 is the third vehicle I have leased from Habberstad and the experience was just as special as the first time. U.B. is a complete gentleman and did everything he could to do the best for me, AGAIN! Coming out of a 328 xi lease, I wasn't sure if I wanted a car or an SUV. U.B. gave me a variety of choices and made to feel comfortable with my final decision. I have never viewed him as a sales person but more of a guide/personal assistant through the car buying/leasing process. I have been very happy with my BMWs and I don't see myself leasing or purchasing a brand other than BMW in the future.

I have owned this M3 for 2 years and everyday it makes me happy to drive it and enjoy it. I drive it to work every day and I am not the type of persons to store a beauty like this in a garage and I can honestly say that it is the best car I've driven in my life. I am 37 years old and I've had my share of cars... but this is by far the most fun to own and drive.

Great customer service from start to finish. DCH goes out of it's way to make sure that it's service customers are well taken care of from the moment you pull into their 'protected from the elements' drive in service center. If you need to stay through the service there is a very nice waiting room with nice seats, coffee, pastries, Wi-Fi, etc. Mathew Rivera, my service consultant, kept me well informed through the repair process and there was no problem picking up my car the morning after the work was finished. Is is a little expensive...yeah. I was charged $296 for a battery that 'lists' for $279 and can be had online for around $250. But honestly, after being overcharged for auto repair work at other Toyota dealerships where they treat you like dirt anyway it was pleasantly refreshing to experience great customer service. BTW, the service center is located at 700 Waverly Ave. in Mamaroneck - NOT at 1305 E Boston Post Rd (the DCH Toyota sales location).

Had to travel over 4 hours from NH to look at a Land Cruiser they had. I arrived late (my fault), but the sales team was very responsive and focused on my needs even though they were very busy that day. Tom Forte did a great job even though he wasn't that familiar with the vehicle (not expected). He allowed me all the time I wanted to look at it, then they listened when I was negotiating for the best price on my trade. I was impressed how they worked really hard to get all the paperwork done at the end of the day on a Friday, so I could leave with the vehicle and get home, even getting it fully registered for me from another state. They even called my insurance company and made all the arrangements while I was dashing off to the bank to get a check. I wish all car dealers were this nice to work with!

Although they asked me to leave a positive review, but they had already earned it. Chris Quaglio my adviser was polite and patient. First identified what I needed, then showed me a nice car which I bought. However a question about car history is still unanswered by them. I hope they get back to me with a satisfactory answer. Azi in financing department is also patient and helpful. He gave me very good advises on financing, although I expected him to let me know before submitting hard inquiries to get my credit history. Overall I'm happy doing business with them.

Almost perfect - with one severe design flaw

The M3 competition is almost the ideal daily driver. Very roomy and very easy to drive - with a suspension on the very stiff side. I think it looks awesome and very "stealth" - most people probably think it's a regular 3 series. There's one severe design flaw though. The M3 bombards it's own doors and side panels with road debris. After ~5000 miles you'll have more rock-chips on both doors(!!) than you ever had on any car combined. Disappointing for an otherwise perfectly engineered masterpiece.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Improved gas mileage over the older model. Amazing handling, lots of power, fun and exciting car to drive. The only thing I would improve is the exhaust sound of the car. Doesn’t sound as aggressive as it looks. Missing that big deep growl.

I had a 2013 M3 hardtop convertible, but upgraded to the 2016 M3 because I really wanted a 4D sedan. Wow, this car is awesome. While I am not complaining about the 2013, the newer 2016 comfort, style handling, features, and power are just so much better.

BEST Daily Sports Car Out There

Just like the title says, best daily sports car out there. Has more than enough power for getting around town and maintaining decent gas mileage, 4 doors means you get to bring your friends with you! DCT is a little clunky in stop and go traffic until you learn how to drive it. On the backroads you see why so many people like/want this car! Comp pack keeps everything planted and always get thumbs up for looks/color and exhaust noise, especially the burbles!

Most Fun I Ever Had in 3 Series

The ride hard, the car is fast what more can I say. I have owned driven A M3 E90 and there no replacement for displacement. The competition package on the new F80 platform finally puts the M3 back on top for prefromance. While maybe lacking in interior quality with hard plastics it makes up in power, torque more specifically. The 400 lb-ft can really make you re think what you are for lunch. The comp package which gives you the GTS wheels are stunning along with the upgraded full titanium race exhaust will make anyone turn there head. Unfortunately I would not reccomend this car as a new car purschase. Stickers for $77,000 which is wayyyyyyyyyyyy to much for twin turbo in line 6 which can also be found in 335i/340i. With a simple tune you can get the same power for a fraction of the cost. If you have to the best preformance car in the segment then this is your car. Honestly I don’t get out of that car remembering that is was anything special.

Taking the Stress and Pain out of Car Shopping

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

When my husband first went into Generation Kia, it was only because the dealership was so close to his job. We had a worn out Oldsmobile Delta 88 and we desperately needed a new car, but we had never bought a new vehicle before, ever. My husband met David Pigate first, and when he called me and told me he was looking at cars, I didn't expect us to get approved. We didn't have the greatest credit and we had only been in NY for a year. David was very optimistic though. When I got to the dealership and met David I was first struck by how genuinely nice he was. He didn't give off that sleazy used car dealer vibe that we all think of when we think of car dealerships. He was outgoing, sweet, and took a genuine interest in us. He even got our daughter a couple snacks while we were waiting. That was the only thing that sucks about car buying is the waiting, and the waiting, and the hours you spend there. But, we didn't have great credit AND we couldn't do a huge downpayment, so we knew they were working hard to figure things out for us. We ended up with a really nice 2014 Jeep Patriot with payments that we could afford and even afterwards when we were having issues with all of the points we needed to finish registering the car, they let us take the Jeep home on dealer tags so I wouldn't be left without a car. Fast forward a year later to now, and my husband needed to get a second vehicle for work. He wanted a Dodge Ram 1500. At first, he looked at actual Dodge/Chrysler dealerships. He got "pre-approved" with "no money down" by Chrysler Capital and we thought that was pretty great. After talking to one dealership though, he felt pretty good about a truck, but the next day (after they had run inquiries on his credit like TEN times) they never called him back. He was livid. We talked to another Dodge/Chrysler dealership and kind of had the same thing. They didn't have a huge selection of older used Rams (like 2010-2013) and the only one that they did have that we could really afford we couldn't get financed for. Frustrated with everything, my husband was about to give up. I told him (even before we went to the second dealership) that we should call David again. He didn't think they'd have anything for us, but lo and behold they had a couple Rams that were just what my husband was looking for. My husband went and looked at a couple and we really liked one. Talking to David and Ron, we realized that my husband's credit and mine as well had taken a hard hit from the other dealerships who had flooded our credit with over 20 inquiries in less than two days! David and Ron explained how this would look to the banks in trying to get a loan, but they said they would try anyways for us. Again, David worked tirelessly for us. He even came in on his day off to help finalize the paperwork and we were able to get our second vehicle! This dealership is the best. They really do treat you like family. I could go on and on. Honestly, David was and is the best car salesman ever and he ruined it for every other car salesman out there :-D.

This is the last of the naturally aspirated M3, with a 4.0L V8. With the appropriate exhaust the downshifts are amazing. I owned the DCT version with competition package and coupled with the suspension modes and launch control this is a fun package. The car does not have too much torque so is not tail happy, but balanced around the corners.

I owned a 2009 bmw 335i coupe, and upgraded to the 2011 m3 coupe. Car is glued to the road, it is one handling machine. My favorite thing about the car is the engine, it screams all the way to 8400 rpm. Lacks low end torque, but a couple downshifts and you're ready to go!

This car keeps the need to buy a new one at bay. It’s reliable, fun to drive, still good looking and surprisingly, cheap to maintain. It may not have all the bells and whistles of modem BMWs but still has the most important feature of sport car: fun to drive. Power, grip, acceleration, sense of control, brakes like claws on the wheels.., yes, I can live without active cruise control or 20 cameras, but please don’t touch this engine! I may get another BMW but this one stays at home no matter what. My son is waiting for it too!
