This car sales experience was good at end of this bmw 2021 X3M. It was touch and go but persistence and good people with exceptional skills made it happen
2020 BMW M340 review
I've had my '20 M340i for about a month now and I am totally in love!!! Performance is off the charts when you want to really push it, but what has been surprising is how comfortable it is as a daily driver. Also love the tech - Android Auto in particular. And she is a head turner in dravit gray, I get a lot of compliments. Only regret is that the run flats are a little bit of a rough ride, so recommend you get some performance tires if you can.

I went to many dealerships in Jersey, this one was by far the best experience. The team is attentive, answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel pressured. On top of that their cars actually look like the photos, very clean and honest place to work with! 10/10 highly recommend, thanks Mero and Heather! Ps: got a BMW 540i and love it 💯

CarMax Grand Rapids (Kentwood)Reviews
CarMax Grand Rapids (Kentwood) review
This review is about their buying process, not their sales. (I live >100 miles away, so I've never had to come this far to buy a car.) After my Ford Fusion Energi PHEV came off lease, I bought it out and resold it to CarMax. Their online assessment process was fair and painless, and they offered me a pretty good price for me car. But that was an estimate, not an offer. I drove my car all the way here expecting to be haggled to death and get a reduced offer, but--it didn't happen. They examined the car and paid me the original offered amount with no dickering at all. It was a pleasant surprise. Fast-forward to today; now I've got a nice Ford Escape PHEV. They gave a nice estimate when I checked online, so I bought out my lease and I need to get the car over here to sell it to them. I'm hoping history will repeat itself.

On Friday morning, I had problems with all my lights on the dashboard flashing, I made a call to Honda and my favorite young salesman Prince Jones answer got me in at 1:00 to check it out and gave me good news that it must of been a glitch. I brought my car from Honda in Racine and this is where I get my service from. Thank you Prince and Honda service for all you do to make your customer smile.

This is by far and away the best car I’ve ever owned. Much more than a normal 3 series, but without the complications that come with owning a full blown M3. Very comfortable, fast and still gets decent gas mileage.

I walked in, And drove out. Sunrise Autoland is the best! I was treated like Family. Tan explained everything from beginning to end. I never felt as if I was being cheated or hustled out of my hard earned money. Tan made sure I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted as well. I highly recommend Sunrise Autoland. In fact, a few of my family members will be in to shop for their cars this week. After telling them of my experience, They are excited to get theirs from Sunrise Autoland. I love my new car!!! Thanks Tan.
