Ron Barahona was a great salesman. Joe G. Sales Manager was also great. Both were easy to work with. This is my Mom's 4th Sonata as she says "this car saved my life". She was involved in an accident sometime ago car was totaled by another driver. She and my Grandmother were saved by the safety and design of this vehicle. Thank you for the experience again. Roomy, comfortable and quiet. Excellent visibility plus side mirror warnings. Excellent response in steering and acceleration. Very good interior dash and steering wheel controls. This is my fourth Hyundai and it won't be the last.
As always, Sergio is very helpful. He is awesome. He will work with you and the best thing of all makes sure you are happy and comfortable with your new car. I would highly recommend him and Hudson Hyundai Family.

This is my second Santa Fe Sport and this is the last year for the Sport model and I am a bit disappointed that Hyundai is doing away with this model but do understand that there newer wave of SUV's are great as well.
Hudson Hyundai in Jersey City has exceptional service from sales to service my salesperson Mr. Peter Garcia customer service was great! Just leased my second truck looking forward to the next one...

My Outback is very comfortable and convenient, and has all the bells and whistles I need. It is very reliable and goes through all kinds of weather. The drive is quiet and smooth, and my 2 golden retrievers fit in the back.
Hyundai had amazing workers, and found me the perfect car that I always wanted. They were great and I would totally recommend them to any of my friends and family!
2 engine replacements in less than year and a half

This vehicle is a piece of junk do not buy. 2 engine replacements bad hoses and possibly the tranny going already. Only good thing is the free towing for 100k so you can drop this junker off at the nearest Hyundai for repairs.
Because of all of the paper work and just the time it takes to buy a new car was a bit much. I do have to say that everyone that I dealt with was very courteous and friendly, which made the wait a lot more bearable. I especially appreciated the way Justin (the salesperson kept me informed of what was going on. This is truly a dealership that gets customer service RIGHT!!!!
I feel secure in my Outback.

This car is superb in snow. I have to drive to a hospital for work and need a reliable vehicle. I have found comfort, ease of driving, and security in this SUV. I highly recommend it.
This is the best SUV my family has owned and have used when going on Road Trips. This SUV has a lot of room in the back seats while still having all the room for your luggage. The luggage is accessible from the back seats. The entertained system is great as well. The SUV also has great suspension and power ready to use.
ONLY 14500 MILES AND THE IGNITION WON'T TURN OVER AT TIMES, THE KEY GETS STUCK AND WON'T TURN OFF. LATELY THE CAR WON'T GO PAST 2 MILES AND HR UNTIL I PUT IN PARK AND REVE THE ENGINE FOR A FEW SECONDS. THE SEAT BELT IS EXTREMELY HARD TO BUCKLE. NO POWER. THE RIGHT SIDE HAS A HORRIBLE BLIND SPOT AND THE DESIGN OF THE BACK WINDOW, WITH THE WIDE SPACE BETWEEN THE UPPER WINDOW PART AND THE LOWER PART IS A BLIND SIDE AS WELL.. UNEASY CAR TO DRIVE.
This car has exceeded my needs and expectations. Even for an LX edition it still has extras like A/C, heated seats, tinted power windows, hondalink and appleplay capabilities and is just an overall user friendly reliable car. Mine is standard which was hard to come across nowadays and still has that classic smooth honda shifting I remember. Going from a Dodge Ram 1500 which was in no way reliable this car is a godsend and allowed me to get out of vehicle debt simply because it won't leave you stranded with the proper every day maintenance and tlc. Buy it, you will not regret your decision.
These guys do a great job making sure I get my service needs met. I am particular about dealers sticking to their warranty and that's one of the best 'features' of Fette. I never get a hard time about warranty claims. They always have a loaner waiting for me. Would by from them again.
So far so good.

We lost two vehicles to Hurricane Erma in 2017, a F-150 and an Audi A4.
In need of a new vehicle we opted for a Certified 2016 Audi Q5 Premium Plus. The performance is not as good as the A4, but the Q5 is more useful, since we have only one vehicle instead of two. The Q5 had 23000 miles, and came with 6 yr 100,000 mi extended warranty. We have had for over a year and all is well we have no problems, save for the 35,000 mi service and 2 recall repairs.
With a bit a creative financing Matthew was able to allow me to upgrade to a vehicle that initially, potentially seemed to be out of reach. He also allowed me out get out of my current lease two months early. All the details of turning in my old vehicle were taken care of. I was very pleased.
Great comfort in a terrific looking automobile.

Size is perfect for us. The trunk is ample and the driving and passenger seats are extremely comfortable. The technology is fantastic. The car is very peppy.
Tony Watson and Mike Valentino in Service department are great to deal with. Did an awesome job on how they made sure my Audi RS5 was fully wrapped in plastic before performing work. It was like a surgical procedure was being done on my car. Tony kept me informed on when my car would be ready and had loaner car waiting for me when I arrived. Just awesome people to deal with.
Should have returned it within the week!

From the time I purchased the car the brakes have squealed like a pig being tortured when they are cold. Brought it back and was told that they were aware of the situation and were waiting on a recall or fix. Okay, I can be patient. Several months later, nothing resolved. Talk to a different mechanic and he directs me to a fix that Mercedes is aware of! Take the vehicle back to Mercedes only to be told that since it's a wear item they don't cover it. Had I been told up front that they were not going to correct their problem I would not have kept the car. Oh well, lesson learned...back to Lexus!
