I was in the market for selling my 2019 Toyota Tundra with extremely low miles and tons of upgrades. From the the first contact made from WBYC Lindsay was extremely professional and walked me through the process of what their dealership did. She wasn't overbearing or constantly annoying me like some dealerships. She also began to research and attempt to find my upgrade vehicle to a 3500 heavy duty. This flow of information went of for a few weeks and each time I never felt like I had to chase her down or re-ask questions that were covered previously in our interactions. Once an appointment was scheduled to have my sell/trade appraised, she greeted me and it felt as though Id known her for years. She's professional, knowledgable and extremely personable to make traveling to a dealership not an experience we've all been through. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to sell my truck to them, ONLY because I received a trade in credit at a dealership where I purchased my 3500. Furthermore, their appraisal was a tad bit higher than where I purchased, which also highlights how fair and and credible their appraisal team is. Ive Never had such a delightful interaction with anyone at a dealership than I had with Lindsay in the "We Buy Your Car" part of the dealership. I would strongly recommend anyone looking to simply sell their vehicle to head to Nissan Tempa Autonation and ask for Lindsay. Hopefully after getting an awesome appraisal they can find you a vehicle as well!!!!

They were super nice, opened on time, Michael (and the young woman who moved my car, I didn’t catch your name, I’m sorry!) were pleasant, the waiting area was clean and comfy, and while it’s not an express oil change, I knew that ahead of time. I was fine to wait, and I didn’t even have to wait as long as I thought I might! Then they washed my car, which my baby definitely needed. Overall, a lovely experience!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Tom at Audi Sarasota! Over the weekend, I was visiting my dad in Tampa when I came across a Mustang GT online that matched the specs of one I had been searching for back home in Texas. I reached out to Audi Sarasota and had the pleasure of speaking with Tom, who invited my dad and me to come down and take a look at the Mustang. From beginning to end, the entire experience was seamless, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. There were no surprise dealer add ons or last minute games. The advertised price was the price you paid, plus the normal dealer documentation fee and taxes. That alone was refreshing! Even better, the Mustang was exactly as described online and on Cars.com. The car was mint, clearly well cared for, and there were no unpleasant surprises when we arrived. When it came time for financing, Jake was also amazing to work with. He was extremely transparent throughout the process, helped us secure financing, and handled the additional details needed to register the vehicle out of state in Texas. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt pressured. Tom went above and beyond even after the sale. Since I needed the Mustang shipped from Florida to Texas, he helped coordinate the transportation and continually checked in to make sure the pickup was scheduled correctly. Once the vehicle was loaded, Tom even sent me pictures of the Mustang and the transport truck and kept me updated throughout the process. That level of communication and follow through made buying a vehicle from another state incredibly easy. What really stood out was how personable everyone was. Tom, Jake and James at Audi Sarasota even gave my dad and I some restaurant recommendations while we were in the area! It felt much more like dealing with people who genuinely wanted us to have a great experience than simply completing another car sale. This was easily one of the most pleasurable vehicle purchases I've had. If you're looking for a vehicle at Audi Sarasota, ask for Tom. Between his communication, transparency, attention to detail, and willingness to help before, during, and after the sale, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was in the market for a new car for over a year now. It is nerve wrecking and overwhelming. Decide to buy a new or used. I researched, test drive, and contacted over 20 dealers for information. Until I finally found the perfect car for me at the perfect price, while on the CarMax website in Norcross, GA. A 2023 Nissan Pathfinder SV 4WD with 16,500 miles. Practically brand new and at least under $2,000 and the lowest miles from similar vehicles in my area. One great thing about CarMax is that I was able to scheduled the test drive 7 days in advance. They reserved the car for me, no worries about being sold before my test drive. Another great thing about CarMax is the price advertised is the price you pay. Other than tax, title and registration, no other “bogus” fees are added to the price. I only wish they offered special incentives/discounts like military, first responders, student, etc. But, I am extremely happy with my purchase!!! Shout out to salesman Young!!! He is the first person I spoke to; he got the car for my test drive, and in less than 1-2hrs I was on my way home with a new car!!! In other words, DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!
