Everyone was so helpful! Our salesman Marko was not pressuring at all, and helped us get into the jeep we wanted at a great price with numbers we were comfortable with.
2019 BMW M5 review
This car is incredible. It is so fast right front the factory and has so much luxury and comfort I am blown away. I have owned over 20 cars and this is by far the best one. Every time I slide into the driver seat and cruise around it brings nothing but smiles to my face.

I came in for standard maintenance of oil change and I was very easy just drop my car off and they called me when car was ready.

Excellent engineering and styling in the '26 M5 Touring. Excellent handling. Missing are massaging seats and soft close doors for a vehicle in this price range. Wish there were softer suspension options. Beautiful vehicle and the Touring turns heads, as does the sedan

Went in for an oil change (for a non-BMW vehicle that was purchased from the dealership). They were super nice, opened on time, Michael (and the young woman who moved my car, I didn’t catch your name, I’m sorry!) were pleasant, the waiting area was clean and comfy, and while it’s not an express oil change, I knew that ahead of time. I was fine to wait, and I didn’t even have to wait as long as I thought I might! Then they washed my car, which my baby definitely needed. Overall, a lovely experience!

Carl and the team at Porsche Jacksonville were a pleasure to work with. Carl worked with us while we were traveling home and allowed us to take a detour to Jacksonville to pick up a car for our daughter. Friendly folks and a very well run operation. Highly recommend this group in Jacksonville.
2019 BMW M5 review
Amazing mix of super performance, high technology, and luxury amenities. Has 617 BHP, all-wheel drive, dynamic driving modes, and massaging seats! The only change I would make is for rear-wheel steering (counter steering at low speeds) to shorten the turning radius.

Excellent service and made the whole experience painless. Vehicle was as pictured and very happy
2025 BMW M5 review
The M5 is a beast. It is like 3 cars in one:1), an all electric automobile for 33 miles,2) a twin turbo V-8 hybrid with zero lag,3) a roomy/comfortable cruiser. It is missing a couple items that should be standard or available such as soft close doors and seat message. Otherwise, this is the best of both worlds.

We recently purchased a 2022 Denali and our advisor was Lawrence Chavez. He was wonderful to deal with from the very beginning until the end. We had our kids with us and he went out of his way to make sure each of us were taken care of through the process to include offers of drinks/snacks. This dealership is highly recommended thanks to Lawrence in itself. They clearly only hire the best of the best. Thank you for such a great experience.

Auto Imports Miami review
I was an out of state buyer and this process not only exceeded my expectations but it was my best experience out of any dealer I have ever been too. Sean went above and beyond to help me get this M8 purchased, shipped, and registered. He spent more time with me via emails and texts than any other car person has in-person in all my previous car purchases. ALL the details regarding the car from Sean were 100% accurate. I cannot say enough about this place. they get 100 stars out of 10. my M8 arrived perfectly to Maryland from Auto imports miami. zero hiccups. I will recommend every one too Sean and his dealer! Again, if you’re looking for a car this place IS THE PLACE to deal with, period!

(SHOULD LAST 70-100,000 MI) PEGGY OBTAINED PAYMENT FOR THE DEFECTIVE PART FROM BENTLEY BUT NOT FOR THE INSTALLATION. I HAD TO PAY $2000. WROTE TO BENTLEY CEO WITH NO RESULT. I BELIEVE THAT A "QUALITY LUXURY" COMPANY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PARTS THEY INSTALL. THE MANUFACTURER OF THE DEFECTIVE PART AS WELL. i WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR THIS PRINCIPLE.

2014 BMW M5 review
Owned a 2009 BMW M3 Coupe for 5 years and loved every day. Was a hard recession parting with it and even harder finding a vehicle that would bring such fun and excitement to everyday driving. Looked at the new M3/4, the Jaguar F Type R, Mercedes SL550 and even Porsche. Finally settled on the M5 because it had equal to greater performance to the M3 but with vastly more comfort and usability ( at least to me). The M3 is great for twisty roads and quick acceleration between two points, but the M5 just eats long distances with comfort and style! It has huge power when needed and it's so effortless you have to keep an eye open to stay within the speed limits. Driving the M5 is fun and exciting, the electronic features make day to day living with car a pleasure. It's bigger than the M3/4, smaller than an M6 - with more inside room than both for 4-5 passengers, and Theron lies the driver behind the decision. If you want power, style , features and space for more than 2 people, you won't be unhappy with an M5.

Volkswagen of StreetsboroReviews
Volkswagen of Streetsboro review
I've bought a lot of cars over the years and Alex and the management at Streetsboro VW made this the easiest purchase I can remember (except for the 500 mile drive to get there!). Throughout the process they were reasonable and easy to work with. I was completely satisfied with the buying experience and would highly recommend the dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Veteran Review. Showroom is nicely put together. All of the staff are friendly. Highly recommend checking out their website and pre-applying for a loan and making an appointment. Had an issue with the extended warranty and thankfully Topline Auto Group made it right. They have some very nice vehicles on the showroom floor for decent prices.

BMW of Bloomfield HillsReviews
BMW of Bloomfield Hills review
I had an excellent experience at BMW from start to finish. The entire team was professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I especially appreciated the level of communication and attention to detail. Every question I had was answered clearly, I never felt rushed or pressured, and I felt valued as a customer throughout the entire experience. The team made sure I was comfortable and confident with everything before I left. The dealership itself was clean, organized, and reflected the premium experience you would expect from BMW. Overall, the customer service exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything was handled. I highly recommend this BMW dealership to anyone looking for exceptional service and a stress-free experience. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future. Five stars!
