Knauz BMW Mercedes-Benz Sprinter review
Vel is a great sales guy. Very responsive and will work with the customer. We drove from MI with a trade in and they honored their offer. There were a couple minor things like steering wheel was more worn than we would have expected given the nice condition of the rest of the car. Small headliner plug interior for convertible top was missing. Other than that it was a smooth transaction.

iCars Chicago review
Great Experience from beginning to the drive home! I live in Cleveland, and the car was in Chicago. I saw the car originally on eBay. Jasin was responsive, professional, and detailed. I flew in with my daughter and met Jasin to see the car. It was detailed perfectly. The condition of the car was pristine. It was virtually perfect for a 5-year-old car with 27k miles. While I was at their showroom, I also took the liberty of looking at several other cars they had for sale. I can tell you if I-Cars Chicago has anything for sale. It is nice, clean, and in good condition. The sales process was quick and easy. I was in and out of their offices in under 30 minutes. I wish all of my car-buying experiences were as good as this one. I will be doing business with Jasin in the future. Thanks, Jasin!! (Marvin- Medina, Ohio) Thanks Marvin

Lots of power and comfort at the same time. Beautiful interior, very sharp looking exterior. BMW m850 is fun to drive! In Comfort mode, the M850i is soft and virtually silent but when it is to change in Sport Mode, it becomes a Beast!

2019 BMW M850 review
The 2019 BMW M850i truly Is the ''gentleman's racer'', power to spare and refined interior make this BMW an ultimate driving machine. I've owned many BMWs, all were superb vehicles. This one, however, is the ultimate. I could put on a suit and dine out to an exclusive restaurant or put on a track suit and head to the track. I have the ''first edition'' with the special ''frozen Barcelona blue metallic'' paint and loaded with options...she is a very special vehicle.

Whenever my vehicle needs service I take it here. The service managers are really good to work with and I really appreciate them sending videos to my phone so I can see exactly what the technician is seeing. Pricing could be better and I think the 3% service charge on credit cards is nickel and diming customers otherwise they would get 5 stars.

Excellent experience. My husband and I saw a used vehicle online and drove from Burlington to see it. John at BMW was an excellent and personable salesman. He answered all our questions, was very patient, and very kind. He worked very hard to get us a deal we were happy with. Most of all, he made us laugh and treated us well. Not a pushy salesman, just a very nice man who treats people right. I’d definitely tell my friends going there is worth the trip and to ask for John. Not your typical salesman or car buying experience, he made it fun and easy.

I ordered my 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4XE this summer and I absolutely love it! Steve Simpson is great to work with....he's friendly, knowledgeable, polite and an all-around great salesman. He's not pushy and obnoxious, like some sales people are. He puts you at ease and answers all your questions. If you want to deal with an exceptional salesman, talk with Steve! I would also like to thank Jennifer Moses...while I was looking for my 'perfect' Jeep, I must have called her a million times lol....she helped me SO much! She always got back to me and every time they got a Jeep in, that she thought I would like, she called & told me about it. I appreciate all the help she gave me! She was SO kind. Thank you so much!

A pleasant experience. I took two different vehicles home over two days. I chose the Pilot Elite. A perfect ride. Our salesman Mike Stephanic was very patient and answered a ton of questions. Nice upgrade from the Passport I owned.
2019 BMW M850 review
It is amazing the difference 5 years can make. Traded a 2014 BMW 640i xDrive in for a 2019 BMW M850i xDrive. It is a beast! Handles great, very solid and I like the extra hp and features.
