495 MazdaReviews
495 Mazda review
I admit it, I've never liked car shopping. The research, hours at the dealer and the usual endless negotiations have never made for a fun experience. When I went to 495 Mazda to test drive a CX-5, I was expecting more of the same. The first surprise was the dealership itself... there wasn't one! They're in the process of having one built so the building in place right now is more like one of those trailers you see at construction sites. Instead of a showy inside, it was just round tables, a TV and a very comfortable vibe. And the cutest French bulldog named Whitney greeted me on arrival and slept in my lap during lease negotiations! My salesperson, Ben, took a great test drive with me covering both highway and back streets so I could get an in-depth feel for both surfaces. He also covered every feature in detail and helped me set up everything from the radio to how soon my doors will lock when I get out of the car. Mike, the Finance Manager made the paperwork a breeze. Everyone was really nice and made the experience a positive one. Best of all, I LOVE my car!

Staff is always helpful. They have a great selection of BMW’s and the service team is friendly and transparent. The service Tech sends a video of my BMW when it’s on the lift showing areas that need attention or just to show me that k everything is ok.

Incredible experience from purchase to service! Only dealership I will purchase from. They treat you like royalty throughout the experience! Highly recommend
2024 BMW X1 review
The 2024 BMW X1 is nimble and responsive. It has an excellent memory for self-driving the car to back out of tight parking spots along the path the driver used to get into it. The car feels spacious inside and is easy to get into. My observed hwy mileage is 36mpg @ 75mph and 22mpg in suburban driving. It’s defects are: 1) the driver must learn how to start from a stop to avoid a sluggish pick-up or a sudden forward jerk; 2) the owner’s manual does not include directions for setting up the electronics, so the owner must resort to a complex cryptic in-car system that is difficult to sort through; 3) the built-in navigation system's is hard to use; the owner will resort to Waze or Car Play; 4) the car is bumpy on rough surfaces, and vibrates like a massage unit on washboard.

BMW of Peabody review
Can’t say enough positive things about my very recent buying experience at BMW Peabody. My sales advisor, Laris Gacanovic was professional, prepared, knowledgeable and worked appropriately to earn my business. Additionally Frank Lopez teamed with Laris to insure a good end result was achieved fitting my financial objectives and it was a win-win. Wrapping up the financial side of my positive transaction included Dan Kimball who was the most technically car astute business/finance person I’ve ever experienced. The vehicle prep/readiness and delivery all happened in under 24 hours and the handoff was completed knowledgeably by Chris Batten. End to end my best car buying experience ever and over my 50 plus car buying years I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles. Thanks Laris and the entire BMW Peabody Team!

My experience at BMW of Peabody was nothing short of exceptional. Joel Colon provided a truly elevated, concierge-style experience—professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made the entire process feel seamless and refined from start to finish. Daniel Kimball, the business manager, ensured everything was handled with precision and transparency, making the final steps smooth and stress-free. Together, they delivered a level of service that reflects what a true luxury experience should be. I felt valued and well taken care of every step of the way. Highly recommend.

The visit exceeded my expectations. The service time was exactly the time i was told at check in. My car was returned clean and functioning perfectly. The service manager , Kevin Delay helped me understand an option on my comfort in driving. Wait area was comfortable. This location has greatly improved from when i visited several years ago. Ill be back.
