There are very few companies left that treat customers this way. Mercedes will always have my business as long as they maintain this. I only needed two but everyone kept telling me, being that I had a Mercedes Benz I would have to replace all four or possibly mess the car up. That was a total lie/ I called Mercedes Benz of Marietta and was told to bring the vehicle in to be inspected that day. Once I got there Nicholas was beyond helpful. He explained to me exactly what I needed after the car and tires were inspected. From here on out that’s where I’ll be taking my car for any kind of service.
