Honestly the car is amazing, this is the first year that they have the vehicle out there and it has been the best decision of my life. I went in looking to get a 3 series but ended up with this and I love it. The interior is very high tech and futuristic.

Wish there were more care parts for me to choose from so I could customize my ride and get personalized service. for future reference I would love some bucket seats to be there

Whether in service or sales, I am treated with respect and honesty, which I value most, especially these days. I highly recommend this dealer.

The car met my needs at this time. It is very comfortable to drive. I like the features inside the car. Easy access to my options on the dashboard. The car drives very smooth and has a quick pick-up when driving.

great service. got a loaner without an appointment in one day. i thought their pricing is okay and not too bad and got a free car wash too. All bmw service depts are pretty expensive to start with. I also test drove 5 different cars and love the new building but parking is tough to find around brand blvd. area.
Exactly the kind of car I needed. Not a large SUV.

I received a call from Gonzalo when I was two payments away from the end of my lease. He offered to go over with me some incentive offers for a new lease. Although my lease was financed through BMW Monrovia, I???ve taken my cars to New Century for service many times over the years. I know them to be friendly and efficient, and I was anxious about owing $4K at the end of my lease due to over-mileage. Gonzalo was straightforward with me and didn???t subject to me to the typical sales pitch or try hard-sell tactics. His honesty and the respectful way he worked with me made it the most positive experience of I???ve ever had with getting into a new vehicle. He clearly presented the essential information to allow me to understand my options and make an informed decision. There were no slight-of-hand tricks. There was no B.S. What is usually a stressful experience turned out to be surprisingly positive.

This is my first BMW. The ride is smooth and quiet. I can't hear the engine and can't feel it change gears, even with heavy acceleration. It feels and sounds like I am driving a fancy, fast electric golf cart. I love the sportiness of the X2. There is some road noise and vibration, but it only add to the sporty feel of the vehicle. The interior feels like I'm sitting in a sports car, which has a lot to do with the seats. There is not a ton of storage room, but hopefully this will help me keep it tidy. The idrive computer is not super user friendly takes some getting used to. Overall, I am head over heels in love with the X2!
Very prompt and professional. The car was delivered on time promised. The car wash was not available but they communicated before hand. Overall great experience

Sporty exterior (Msport package) looks sharp. Plenty of room to be functional. Seats hug well and smooth ride make it a very pleasurable driving experience. Did have a faulty crank sensor which needed to be replaced 500 miles in. Love this car!

I had a very positive experience at pacific bmw when I decided to buy my first bmw. The salesperson was extremely upfront and honest regarding my questions and concerns. Even when my car needed to be serviced, the entire process was very smooth and I received a loaner car without any hassle. I look forward to my next car purchase at this dealership.
The most pleasant experience buying a car in 58 years! I usually dread it, but this was actually enjoyable! It took under 2 hours! Staff is amazing and Don Engle is the guy to go to! Very professional and knowledgeable. Don???t bother shopping around if you want a BMW. Century West BMW is the only dealership you need.

after having such a horrible experience at beverly hills bmw i have been dreadinghaving to go back to bmw for anything. but, since i purchased the extended warranty for service i had to take it for the yearly service. i expected the worst but greg made the whole experience awesome. an honest, nice guy wanting to give his best, who'da thunk? he even went above and beyond to figure out my bluetooth that hasnt worked since i purchased the car from beverly hills. see greg for the best experience i've ever had at a dealership.
I am very impressed with the customer service at New Century BMW. Hamlet was welcoming and very patient from the start. I was nervous because I came alone and didn???t know much about cars or financing, but Hamlet was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood every process. I never once felt rushed or pressured. I really appreciate that he acknowledged my concerns about the finances on my new car and worked with me to make sure I was happy with the car I chose. Thank you Jason Tu and Peter Morrison for your help. I can???t wait to tell my friends and family about this dealership and will definitely come back.
