Huge shoutout to Mo and Jeff at Midlo Motor Mall! These guys were AMAZING. They went above and beyond to help me out—literally putting a brand new battery in my car out in the snow without hesitation. Who does that on top of that, they even threw in a free full tank of gas, which was such a generous surprise. The service was friendly, fast, and genuinely caring. You can tell they truly want to help their customers. If you’re looking for honest people who treat you right, Mo and Jeff are the real deal. Can’t recommend Midlo Motor Mall enough!

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER!
STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! My experience at this dealership wasn’t too bad, if you have patience for the people there An the staff you should be good. I got there at 1:30pm an since I didn’t schedule I had to wait but it was only for like 15mins or so till I saw a sale rep. 1:50pm they called me to talk to a sales rep, got my 13 Honda Civic appraised, waited 25mins for them to approved it, then went to the lot picked out my car I wanted. 20mins went back we talked numbers An gave them my down payment An was out in like 45mins after signing an them washing n vacuuming your car, you have the keys An you out the door!! I definitely recommend Marlo if you ever go to this car max. It goes by pretty quick in my opinion, don’t let this other reviews discourage you.
