I initially walked in late in the evening with no appointment with my 88 y/o Mom who I wanted to make sure she could get in and out of the MDX I had my eye on. Liz was patient and friendly with my Mom and knew it was important to me to have her comfortable and safe. I made an appointment for the next day to properly test-drive various MDXs. Delivered the car for the first oil change beginning of the week. No loaner was offered by the service writer. After we were given the car back it all of a sudden had problems with the door latch and had to picked up by a wrecker. Still no one offered a loaner to us?? I had to call the next day and ask for one which floored me after I have owned multiple land rovers and never even asked when they were serviced even out of warranty for a loaner! May have just been the service writer but I was not happy on my first experience with service.

Fast service and very professional
I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!
