Service was excellent! They really got the ball rolling and moved things along. Got everything done over the weekend and made this out of state purchase a breeze. I highly recommend this sales team and the entire staff that helped me with my M5 purchase. Great job and I will be purchasing from you again.
2020 BMW X3 review
This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

Honestly, as far as car buying goes at a dealership, pretty decent. No haggling, not pushy, realistic. Really the only thing I ask. Otherwise Steve Bro, very chill guy. That’s who I worked with. So far, nothing negative to add.

Toyota of SurpriseReviews
Toyota of Surprise review
They say: toyota is number 1 in America. So why is it when you have a used vehicle under the bumper to bumper warranty, they won't hookup a tool to see if will fix there great product. Instead they need $ hundreds of of dollars to get the money from customers before seeing if the fix can be done under warranty then ask more money from there customers? Otherwise impressed. Cars are all about money maker, not make the customer feel they bought a great product.

Genesis of Peoria review
Hands down the BEST car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Nathan Zuccarello at Larry Miller Genesis is absolutely top-tier. Amazing attitude, incredibly attentive, and a man of his word. He held the used car for me as soon as I confirmed my flight from LAX to PHX — zero games, total trust. Nathan personally picked me up at the airport and I was driving off in under an hour. Fast, smooth, honest, and stress-free from start to finish. This is how dealerships should operate. If you’re even thinking about buying a car, ask for Nathan — you won’t regret it.

Fabusa Entretenida Está Muy Atendos El Servicio Es Lo Mejor Carfax. El Final Esperó que yo Asta hoy se que es mY Mayor preocupación de Los premios serán los mismos Mejores
2020 BMW X3 review
The main issue I've had with this car is learning its vast number of controls, some of which are in strange places (such as at the end of the directional signal stalk) and are not clearly marked. The gearshift, for example, is counter-intuitive, and is moved backwards to go forwards, and vice versa-unlike most cars, it doesn't really move and fit into a slot for the appropriate gear. For no fathomable reason, the rear view camera stays on when you then drive forward. The warning system, for a car crossing or a person crossing, is unreliable; for example, if you have the car in reverse, the car hasn't moved yet, but a person walks behind the car, the warning signal does not sound--it only sounds if the car is already moving in reverse (if the pedestrian was walking right behind the car, you already hit him or her). There are also other "features" that make no sense. On the other hand, the car is fun to drive, reasonably powerful, attractive (I think--my wife disagrees), comfortable (except that one feels remarkably many bumps in the road), and quiet.

Excellent and honest and they sold me a car unknowingly via a 3rd party. I truly amazed
2022 BMW X3 review
It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

CarMax Phoenix-West Valley review
Eric and Tiffany took very good care of me. The entire process with Eric was smooth and so easy. Eric was responsive to any question via email, phone and in person - he talked to me like a normal person and that was nice. No push, no rush to buy, very carefully handled by the team.
2021 BMW X3 review
I love the car and at the same time I can't help to hate it. What I love about the car would be the luxurious interior, comfortable and quiet cabin, smooth ride, ease of access, and a few extra features that were put in as an add-on. What I don't like about this car would be the poor fuel economy for the 30i model, especially when compared to the B-58 engine. Apple carplay connection issues, no option for remote start unless I want to void warranty, and no option for the iDrive Recorder App. Exterior Styling - 8.5/10 Interior Styling - 9/10 Comfort - 9.5/10 Cargo space - 8.5/10 Driving smoothness - 9.5/10 Horsepower - 7/10 Fuel Economy - 3/10 It's been an overall fun car to get around in. It's easy to get in and out of, smooth on bumpy roads, and it is quiet. The fact that only 2022 models and newer offer remote start and iDrive recorder is a big disappointment. But I think my biggest disappointment would be the fuel economy. As I had the B-58 in the past and averaged out 11.5L/100km and in this X3 am averaging 13.5/100km which was worse than my pick up truck. I might not keep this car for long-term just because of how poor the fuel economy is.

The sales staff was top notch. Ed Gonzalez was helpful, not pushy, and got the deal done! I purchased a CPO X5 and was pleased with the process from start to finish. I will go back to Ed when I need a new car.
2024 BMW X3 review
Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

BMW North ScottsdaleReviews
BMW North Scottsdale review
My husband is a current BMW owner. When my lease on my MBZ waw coming due, we decided to look at a BMW for me. We were happy to see that Rick Lyons, the sales associate who helped my husband a couple years ago, was working the day we were looking. From the first day, Rick worked so diligently with us to build just the right sporty vehicle and coordinate its production and delivery to coincide with the most beneficial timing of the lease return of our MBZ. Rick always kept us in the loop...we never had to wonder where we were in the production/delivery process. Pick up day was fun. My new car had a big red bow on it and Rick stealthily recorded videos as I was working with the Genius learning the ins and outs of my new car! We enjoyed getting to know Rick and his expertise with these beautiful cars. He was always available to answer my questions. Our experience with Rick excelled in all categories...10's across the board. Thanks Rick!

Easy and straight forward deal. Very nice customer service. They also had a large inventory of cars , made it easy to compare.
2024 BMW X3 review
Our salesman, Jonathan is a true professional. The dealership made this a painful experience. Never going back. The only reason we put up with 2 days of getting jerked around was because they were the nearest dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We'll never return.

Chapman BMW on Camelback review
I went to the Chapman BMW dealership on Camelback and a service representative named Johnson Ta helped me immediately. I truly appreciate his professionalism and knowledge. I was able to find the car I wanted and get the deal finished in one day. It is rare that people make you feel like you are a valuable customer. If you are looking for a BMW, call Johnson Ta at the Camelback Rd dealership to find the car of your dreams.
2024 BMW X3 review
I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. We are so happy with this car that my husband is talking about getting one for himself, and he is an Audi and LandRover fan. BMW, thank you for your continued dedication to quality and reliability.

Bell Lexus North ScottsdaleReviews
Bell Lexus North Scottsdale review
I came to Scottsdale at the beginning of May looking to purchase a pre-owned Audi or BMW. I threw Lexus into the mix as my daughter had worked for a Lexus dealership and told me how great the brand was. So, my wife and I went into Bell Lexus late one morning where we were introduced to our sales representative, Wally Plachcinski. Long story short, we had committed to buying a used RX350 AWD before the day was over. Wally was a great salesperson! He attentively listened to what we considered essential vs. desirable and after seeing three different cars, he presented a fourth and it was perfect for us. During the sales process, including the dreaded financial portion which Joon made painless and smooth, there was never a hint of pressure, just options with the advantages and disadvantages presented. The financial piece for us, coming in from outside the USA, was complex. However, Bell Lexus worked with us to ensure our needs were met while their interests were protected. In the end, the transaction was completed smoothly. One interesting piece was that the second key FOB was missing and this presented a challenge for Wally to sort out. But, as promised within three days, he had recovered the FOB and made arrangements for us to receive it even though he was unavailable. Great service! This was overall one of THE best experiences I've had in purchasing any of the 20+ cars I've owned. It is a great dealership to visit at any time and for any reason, well run, immaculate and with a great little waiting area supported by pleasant wait staff who are eager to please. A confirmed German-made car owner, I am now a Lexus convert. Wally's attention to detail and great service was the spark that lit the fire for that conversion. He is highly recommended!

I've had a multitude of service agents over the past 50 years. Without question Joe Murch at Chapman BMW is by far the best ever. Joe is most knowledgeable, honest and professional agent I have ever dealt with. Chapman is fortunate to have him as an agent
2023 BMW X3 review
Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.
