BMW SeattleReviews
BMW Seattle review
I've worked with a lot of car dealers, buying both new and used cars, in the 25+ years I've been driving. This includes competing premium brands like Mercedes, Porsche, Lexus - as well as more mainstream brands like GM and competing PNW BMW dealerships. BMW Seattle has been, by far, the best dealership I've ever worked with. Adam and the sales team are friendly, approachable, honest, knowledgeable, and not pushy. I can honestly say I've built a genuine relationship with the team there in the 15+ years I've been buying (mostly) BMW. The service team are also excellent, which makes the overall ownership experience top notch. I can't recommend these guys enough!

Casey was easy to work with. Love the test drive; just gave me the keys and said check it out. Deal was simple and to the point from both sides. Truck was great, they detailed and got me out quicker than anywhere I’ve ever been. No high pressure B.S. here. Thanks Impex and Casey!

Mercedes-Benz of ColumbiaReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Columbia review
I recently purchased a Mercedes-Benz S580 from Mercedes-Benz of Columbia, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Despite the 16-hour drive from Northern Virginia, it was absolutely worth it. The pricing was unbeatable, and more importantly, the service and communication were exceptional. I had the pleasure of working with Zac Nichols, the Sales Agent, and Danh Do, the Finance Manager, and they truly made the entire process a breeze. From start to finish, they understood exactly what I was looking for and provided the best service. There were no last-minute surprises, no haggle pricing—just a straightforward and smooth experience. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was clear, and I know moving forward, I will always check their inventory first before considering any other dealerships. Thank you, Zac and Danh, for making this purchase a delightful and stress-free experience. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Columbia to anyone in the market for a new car!

2019 BMW X4 review
As a long time BMW “M” owner, I needed a “family” car, and came upon my 2019 X4Msport40i totally by accident, but what a find it has been. 100% reliable for 30,000 miles so far, terrific seats, and, um... FAST. Complaints? I wish the stereo was a bit better.

Mercedes-Benz of Pleasanton review
Came in today after looking at 3 other dealerships. I originally came in for a certified pre owned vehicle. I was greeted with a smile by Mina. We were up front on exactly what we wanted as far as a sales rep went. She hooked us up with John Modica and Andy. These two men were the dream team!! They worked together to get us an awesome deal on the dream car that I wanted. The best part is that it is BRAND NEW and the exact color I wanted. I came in with low hopes and these guys put the bar through the roof for me. These people are awesome. I definitely recommend making the drive even if you're like me and have to travel over 2 hours. It will definitely be worth your while.

Foreign Auto Connect review
Worked with Cameron and Sam to purchase a 2019 Porsche. I was over 100 miles away and they had no problem with me setting up a 3rd party PPI with a local specialist shop to validate what they had listed. With that back and known issues in hand, they were great to negotiate with and finalize a deal. Communication was smooth, timely, and no pressure. I’d recommend them and will check their inventory for my next purchase.

I found a few cars I liked online and ended up checking out 4 or 5 at differet dealerships that day. The service here just felt a lot more professional and honestly I care just as much about how Im treated as I do about the car itself, so thats a big reason I went with this place. Joel really knows it, he a real expert
2019 BMW X4 review
A new owner of a 2019 BMW X4 M40i and loving it so far. Very sharp inside and out with a lot of punch. The vehicle handles great and has a lot of space inside. It sounds imposing. I’d say the downside is the rear blind spots and missing space over an X3 (mine has non run flats and the storage space under the rear storage is taken by a donut tire). But once you lower the rear seat headrests and get used to it, the blind spot isn’t troublesome. At the end of the day the X3 is a great SUV (I had one) but the X4 is much sportier, if that’s your thing. I just wish the M40i had more M trademarks, such as M sports steering wheel and M branding on the front seats as my recent 440i M sport edition did. But for sports + some utility, I recommend the X4.

Nucar Toyota of North AttleboroReviews
Nucar Toyota of North Attleboro review
I walked into Nucar Toyota dealership not entirely sure I was ready to buy a car that day. In fact, the Toyota RAV4 Hybrid I originally had my heart set on had been sold just minutes before I arrived! Naturally, I was disappointed and uncertain about what to do next. But what could have been another frustrating car-shopping experience turned into such a positive and memorable one, thanks to this incredible team. Fayiz went above and beyond! Even while juggling his responsibilities at the front desk and assisting other customers, he made time for me, answered my questions, listened to my concerns, and helped me explore my options. His professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made all the difference. Rather than making me feel pressured, he helped me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. Thanks to his guidance and the team's support, I ended up purchasing a completely different car than I had originally planned! A special thank you to Abdullah for his leadership and support, and Clayton and Patrick for their help in making the entire process smooth. Your patience, kindness, and exceptional customer service truly made a difference. I walked in uncertain and left a very happy customer! You've earned my appreciation, and enthusiastic recommendation to my family and friends!

It was a real pleasure working with Mo Hazzal and his team. Morgan the assigned sales associate did a tremendous job for us, from A to Z. From there we became friends. This great atmosphere has triggered our willingness, my wife and I, to do business with this merchant on a continuous basis.

The reviews initially made me a little hesitant, but I’m so glad I still followed through and visited the dealership to check out the vehicle. I was thrilled with my experience! The price was great, and the vehicles were in amazing shape. They also perform a 165-point safety inspection and take care of anything the vehicle needs before putting it on the lot. Overall, I’m very happy I gave them a chance and would definitely recommend checking them out!

I contacted dealership regarding Chevy SSR. I was contacted back quickly and professionally. However, the vehicle had a defect in the electric roof. I was no longer interested. Good experience, but it did not go anywhere because of the defect.

Route 23 NissanReviews
Route 23 Nissan review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Experience — Especially Joshua, Eli & Zaid I recently purchased a pre-owned 2018 Tesla Model S from Route 23 Nissan, and after my experience, I can confidently give this dealership five stars. This was my first time doing business with Route 23 Nissan. I had seen some mixed reviews beforehand, so naturally I went in paying close attention to how I would be treated. From my first conversation with Eli, however, my experience was extremely positive. Eli was phenomenal from beginning to end. He answered all of my questions, encouraged me to come in and actually see and drive the vehicle, and never pressured me. Even after I left the dealership, he continued answering additional questions and stayed responsive throughout the entire process. I especially want to recognize Joshua, the manager. When Joshua came out to speak with me personally and finalize the deal, I immediately appreciated his straightforward, no-games approach. There wasn't endless back-and-forth or salesmanship. He listened to me, understood my price point and what I needed to feel comfortable making the purchase, and worked with me in good faith to reach a deal that made sense. Joshua's experience, professionalism, care, and understanding were invaluable. More importantly, he has a way of making you feel less like somebody sitting across the desk negotiating a car purchase and more like family. He genuinely seemed concerned that I was comfortable with the deal rather than simply closing another sale. Joshua is a phenomenal manager and a tremendous representative of this dealership. Once we reached an agreement, Zaid handled the paperwork and was equally outstanding. He explained everything clearly, made sure the paperwork reflected exactly what had been negotiated, and made the process easy and comfortable. He presented the available warranties and other options, but there was zero pressure when I declined anything I didn't want. Having purchased vehicles for roughly three decades, I really appreciated that. The Tesla itself was a trade-in that the dealership chose to retail rather than simply send to auction after evaluating it. For a 2018 vehicle, I was extremely impressed. The interior was immaculate, the car drove beautifully, and its overall condition gave me confidence in my purchase. What impressed me even more happened after the sale. I discovered a relatively minor issue with the vehicle. Even though I purchased it as-is, I contacted Eli and Joshua. There was no argument, finger-pointing, or attempt to hide behind the paperwork. They simply told me, “We'll take care of it.” When I return for my plates, they're going to address the issue at no additional cost to me. That says a lot about a dealership. The deal was already done, but their commitment to the customer wasn't. After my personal experience, I would absolutely recommend giving Route 23 Nissan the opportunity to earn your business and forming your own opinion. I'm extremely happy that I did. Five stars all around, with a very special thank-you to Joshua, Eli, and Zaid. Joshua's leadership and straightforward approach, Eli's exceptional customer service, and Zaid's professionalism made this one of the smoothest and most comfortable vehicle purchases I've experienced. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
