Wasn’t really planning on buying that day but I ended up leaving with a 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe Sahara. Joshua was helpful without being overbearing and made sure I understood everything before signing. Good energy the whole time and I’m glad I stopped in. Definitely ask for Joshua if you go there

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Excellent service! My advisor (Mike) was friendly and took the time to explain everything. The service tech sends a video of what they inspected. CarMax Dothan review
Shopping for new car. Had one shipped from another carmax. Took car for 24hr test drive. Took to Firestone; was showed a badly rusted undercarriage. Returned outback to carmax Dothan. They said they'd have a look at it, that it might be within their specs but not ours. Manager offered to reimburse us the inspection and shipping fee. Can't argue with that. Great customer service.
