Used 2023 BMW X5 for sale near Hermosa Beach, CA

The new suv was as advertised and there price was the lowest I found from several Hyundai dealers. All of there personal is very nice and patient understanding and very informative I will different recommend and I will go back to them next time I need a new car

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Went the first time and the stuff very friendly, smiling & welcoming, beside showing me the sales lady the RAV4 I wanted, I wasn’t ready to buy that day, but came back a couple of days after, he got me a great deal. I will come back for my son’s car to buy.

We had a great experience with Pacific BMW. The car we purchased was beautiful and we got a great deal for it. The only negative part of the purchase was the actual buying process. It took a little longer than we expected and maybe it could have been a bit more streamlined. But in the end, the car was worth the wait.

One thing I will say the price on the vehicle is set there is no wiggle room they are already priced low, I agree. What got me was no one was pushing me to buy the guy Alec who helped me take it out for a spin was freaking awesome and showed me some cool features. Antonio the sales rep got me a mind blower 2.49 financing I was sold.

I had been reviewing your cars on your website for about a month. I had favored a 2023 X2 on the site. I tracked it for about a month. When I finally had some time I decided to come test drive it. When I arrrived with my friend, we walked the lot looking at all the different cars. We were greeted by Alex Dimov while looking for cars. I told him that I was looking for a particular car and he pointed it out right away. He asked me if I wanted to test drive it? and away we went. While we were driving we had very pleasant conversation. He is extremely easy to talk to and he made me feel comfortable. Once we got back we decided to explore maybe purchasing the car. We sat down talked business, did a lil negotiating of price and a deal was made. I have to say Alex made the whole transaction pretty much painless. It felt more like a conversation than a negotiation. He knows how to talk to people and make them feel comfortable in what some might say a is a stressful situation. I didn?t feel any stress or being uncomfortable during the purchase process. Once a price was agreed upon Alex introduced me to the finance guy?. Sorry I forgot his name. He was also very easy to talk to and kept it stress free. While I was with him, Alex had the car detailed and fueled. When i finished with finance Alex walked me over to my new car handed me the key and took pictures for me. He was very helpful in explaining how to operate the car. Lots of bells and whistles I never used before. Alex was so patient teaching me. He actually help me set up the Apple CarPlay and a few other things. He let me know if I had any other questions or concerns I could call him for help. The next day he did text me to make sure I was ok and to see if I needed any assistance. I feel lucky and blessed he was my Salesman. Such a pleasant, stress free and almost fun experience because of Alex.

The GM Quynh and Mike in finance are the best of the best and the entire service team , Gary, Amanda, ziggy and Ivan are the reason why I keep coming back and only go to Beverly Hills BMW.

Highly recommend Sami!!!! came here to look at a car but left with a different car that I’ve been wanting. So I’ve been here a few times before just to look since I live closer to BMW Monrovia, this time I left with a freakin new M3! Because of Sami, I will only be coming to New Century. He gave me advice like a friend and not just trying to sell. I don’t think I would’ve gotten a car I wanted without Sami’s help, I had a budget and he really went the extra mile just to make it happen for me. John Machado was the only reason I purchased from the dealership I drove from la to van nuys to deal with this guy he know everything about these vehicles I would highly suggest if you want to buy this is the guy to buy from. He helped me get the down payment and monthly payment where I needed them to be and made it happen. He sent a video just for me and pictures. Then he took the time on his day off to help me after the sale. Roger in the service dept also helped me out. Great staff here.

Really had a good experience with my salesperson. Polite, efficient, not too pushy, and respectful of what my needs were. Dramatically different than other places I’ve gone around LA; in a good way.
