2024 BMW X5 review
I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

He was hospitable, warm, and professional during every interaction, and always greeted me with a wide smile; transparent, forthright, fair, in talking about price, budget expectations for a car/ bang for buck when evaluating models, and discussing CARFAX reports/vehicle histories (*I would like to note that I am a 33 yr old woman & navigated this car buying experience mostly solo…and he treated me fairly and did not treat me differently/take advantage of me re pricing or vehicle histories/records, which was a fear I had); patient and willing to do numerous test drives to help me get a feel for the cars in which I was interested; gracious, kind, and understanding in prioritizing my needs for the kind of car I wanted for my lifestyle — not just at the moment, but in the future; and lastly, communicating with me on a basis and style that worked best for me (we primarily texted as that is my preference due to my job). Overall, Tyrone is INCREDIBLE and made my car buying experience painless, less stressful, memorable, and even FUN! We have a picture together in front of my new car, because he was an integral part of the acquisition experience and needs to be memorialized! Zane —the finance manager — was also friendly, warm, and professional as we reviewed the finances of the transaction. He patiently addressed every question that arose as I reviewed financial and legal paperwork. That said, I also characterize Zane as transparent and forthright, as he wanted to make sure I was equipped with the right information. I also appreciated that when I requested more time to think about additional protection policies, he respected my wishes. SHOUT OUT TO TYRONE AND ZANE FOR BEING INCREDIBLE!! Thank you to Tim, the finance manager, for finding great financing and taking the time to customize a warranty that fit my needs instead of trying to sell me something I didn't want. And a special thank you to Jayson for going above and beyond to earn my business. He gave me one of the most competitive deals and repeatedly reminded me that if the numbers didn't work for me, I was free to walk away. That's the least pressure I've ever felt buying a vehicle, and it's something every consumer should remember—you can always walk away. The biggest surprise? My 8-year-old and 12-year-old daughters spent nearly five hours at the dealership with no kids' area and both left saying it was "the best time ever." That says everything about the hospitality and atmosphere the team created. We drove home in our brand-new 2026 Pathfinder SL feeling excited instead of exhausted. And with the amazing competitive deals made I for the first time ever woke up with 0 buyers remorse anxiety! One final note: after I purchased my vehicle, Mossy Nissan El Cajon called to say they could beat the deal by another $500—after previously requiring financing and expensive warranty purchases to get their pricing. I cannot express how wonderful I feel with the Hanania customer service and repair service. I go to them exclusively and I'm always extremely pleased with the results. Yes, they are more expensive then if I went to a 3rd party repair shop, but I also know I would still not be able to continue driving my MDX with 187,000 miles. Jacob Thrift has always been my service manager, and he is the best! He walks me through every repair, explains it and works with me in every aspect! He does not talk down to me, especially since I know very little about cars. My husband always took care of the cars until he passed away 7 years ago, and he even said continue taking to Hanania, they know what they are doing. Jacob deserves a raise!

2024 BMW X5 review
Purchased 2 months ago. Driven only 535 miles. Still on the dealership's tank of gas and have 300 mile range left on remaining gas. Most drives are within 10-15 miles of my home. A couple of 20-30 mile trips so far (40-60 miles round trip). At this rate, it could be 2024 before needing to fill the tank for the first time. Thrown the X5 into Sports Mode a few times to experience the power but routinely use electric only. Stable, great control, heads up display best I've seen, autobraking and sense of the road is great. Good visibility and neither too sporty or too luxury. It's just right.
