Land Rover ParsippanyReviews
Land Rover Parsippany review
I had an outstanding experience leasing my new Range Rover Evoque, and I can't say enough great things about my Brand Ambassador Juan Tamayo. From the moment I walked into the dealership, he was friendly, considerate, honest, and genuinely focused on making sure I had the best possible experience. What impressed me most was how hard he worked on my behalf. He went above and beyond to make the lease work for me and was able to get my payment to a number I was truly happy with. Throughout the entire process, he was transparent, patient, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer every question, explained everything clearly, and always had my best interests in mind. It's rare to find someone who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely trustworthy and committed to putting the customer first. Juan made what can often be a stressful process feel easy, enjoyable, and exciting. I absolutely love my new Range Rover, and I know this experience wouldn't have been the same without Juan. If you're looking for someone who is honest, professional, and truly goes above and beyond for his customers, I highly recommend asking for him. He is, without a doubt, the best salesperson I've ever worked with. Thank you, Juan, for making this such an exceptional experience!

BMW of Ramsey review
I almost purchased a vehicle from BMW of Ramsay, and even though I did not, it was still a great experience. Frances, my sales rep, was great. Frances sat with me and we narrowed down myriad options into three discrete choices. Frances was response with texts, and let me take as much time as I wanted in viewing cars.

2024 BMW X5 review
I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

Bridgewater KIA review
Ahmad was very nice and friendly as a Service Rep. Gave me clear information and he was knowledgeable. Overall, loved the experience. I definitely will come back for the service and refer the dealer to people I know who is looking for a new car. Thanks. Ben Lazaro
2024 BMW X5 review
Purchased 2 months ago. Driven only 535 miles. Still on the dealership's tank of gas and have 300 mile range left on remaining gas. Most drives are within 10-15 miles of my home. A couple of 20-30 mile trips so far (40-60 miles round trip). At this rate, it could be 2024 before needing to fill the tank for the first time. Thrown the X5 into Sports Mode a few times to experience the power but routinely use electric only. Stable, great control, heads up display best I've seen, autobraking and sense of the road is great. Good visibility and neither too sporty or too luxury. It's just right.

Had an emergency flat tire repair on weekend. They took us in right away and changed tire. Even hand washed the car.

We always have a great experience at this dealership! Bobby has consistently taken amazing care of us over the years, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Sally Morshed and Seth have also been exceptional throughout every step of the process—professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. What really sets this group apart is their honesty and integrity. They’re not just trying to sell us something—they truly care about doing what’s right, even in today’s world where costs are rising everywhere. We sincerely appreciate the time, effort, and genuine care they put into every visit. A fantastic team all around!
