My wife and I were looking for a new car. We were directed to Lenore. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He helped us to find the exact car we really wanted. Also, our finance guy was Joe Shannon and he was extremely polite and helpful. I would absolutely buy another Mercedes from Mercedes of North Scottsdale. I absolutely love my new car. Thank you Rob H

I work for the Alfredo to purchase a used vehicle from their lot he scheduled time with me and did an amazing job of trying to make sure that everything was ready for me the second I showed up on the lot. The finance team was awesome. There were no games being played pretty straightforward out the door type situation. I could not have asked for an easier or better experience! Would highly recommend this dealership in the future and if you're interested in a no-nonsense type of group to work with who put customer service at the forefront of the experience!

2024 BMW X5 review
Purchased 2 months ago. Driven only 535 miles. Still on the dealership's tank of gas and have 300 mile range left on remaining gas. Most drives are within 10-15 miles of my home. A couple of 20-30 mile trips so far (40-60 miles round trip). At this rate, it could be 2024 before needing to fill the tank for the first time. Thrown the X5 into Sports Mode a few times to experience the power but routinely use electric only. Stable, great control, heads up display best I've seen, autobraking and sense of the road is great. Good visibility and neither too sporty or too luxury. It's just right.

My car was in service for an emergency repair. I was a bit frazzled wHen I showed up, but the team at Chapman and my service advisor, Emi, took great care of me and my car. Great communication throughout the process. They fixed the required repair, took care of the maintenance, a recall, and secured me a loaner car. Such a stress free experience!

This is the best X5 I've ever owned. I've been using it for 2 years and this is my 4th BMW. It has never disappointed me, it's a fantastic SUV. I hope the next model will show the same success. I think the 3.0-liter engine is at its best.

Aloha, my experience with service advisor Mr. Mitch Timothy was pleasant. My car is a BMW X5 XDR40I Sports AC, and it did not need much service, just minor cosmetics requiring minimal interaction with the service department. I can report that at all times, Mr. Timothy was polite and knowledgeable as he answered all my questions about future service health requirements for cars. Is, without a doubt, the Service Department offers professional service that will keep my car healthy.

Great experience leasing a new BMW iX M60 from Chapman BMW on Camelback. I highly recommend asking for Steve Murphy. He was easy to deal with, answered all my questions, was very patient during the leasing negotiations. He was very patient giving my wife a test ride. The finance Manager I dealt with was Giuseppe Ferrara. He was straightforward and helped me make some intelligent financial decisions. Definitely recommend him, also. In short it was a very pleasant experience dealing with Steve and Giuseppe. And I love my new BMW. I highly recommend you talk to Steve, if you are looking for a new or used BMW.

We just purchased a new BMW X1 from Chapman BMW in Chandler. The experience was first class and seamless. From selecting the right vehicle with concierge service from Sam Karver, finalizing the deal with Pep, and then receiving much needed details on how to optimize the abundant tech in this 2026 BMW from Derek Dominguez. We have never purchased a vehicle before with more courteous and engaged people than at Chapman BMW in Chandler. Not to mention - If you haven't driven a BMW lately, you do not know what you are missing. Great people, great dealer and a kick --- car. Thanks again to Sam, Pep, and Derek.

2024 BMW X5 review
I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

Where to I begin to explain how wonderful this dealership is? James Charm, my salesperson, was so understanding and patient. He took the time to explain everything I needed. I had some difficulties with the car I purchased and he resolved everything! I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Bernard Bryant, the sales manager was so friendly and helpful. The staff seem to get along very well and the atmosphere reflexes this feeling. This was definitely a different car buying experience for me! The staff here will make sure you are happy with your purchase! Thank you Mesa Lexus. I love my car!
