2017 BMW X5 review
The 2017 BMW X5 is the ultimate SUV that meets all my needs. It perfectly balances driving experience, comfort, practicality, and luxury. Driving the X5 is a joy, with its powerful engine and responsive handling. The air suspension provides a smooth and comfortable ride that surpasses many peers. The spacious interior and well-crafted cabin offer a luxurious experience for passengers. The X5's practicality is satisfying, with an enormous cargo space and ample interior storage. Advanced technology and abundant comfort features further enhance its all-around capabilities. Overall, as a top-tier luxury SUV, the X5 stands out among its class and meets all my expectations for an excellent SUV. Autohaus Lancaster, Inc.Reviews
Autohaus Lancaster, Inc. review
I bought an RS3 from Hernan Diaz-Egg and it was easily the smoothest car-buying experience I've ever had. From the first phone call, he was receptive to exactly what I was looking for and didn't waste a minute of my time. No runaround, no games, no pressure. He was honest and showed real professionalism from start to finish. The whole transaction moved faster than I thought possible. If you're shopping and you want someone who respects your time and knows the product, ask for Hernan. Highly recommend.
2025 BMW X5 review
Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

Keller Bros. Dodge RAM review
We recently purchased a 2500 Dodge Ram from Keller Bros Dodge Dealership, and we couldn’t be happier! Our salesman, Mason, was incredibly thorough and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The whole team was so accommodating and made us feel well taken care of from start to finish. We absolutely love our new truck—it’s beautiful! Highly recommend Keller Bros for anyone looking for great service and an even better vehicle.

2019 BMW X5 review
I traded in my awesome Jeep 2015 SRT. Some creature comforts the Jeep has the X5 doesn't: stereo controls at the fingertips behind steering wheel is main one. Plus the cruise control was also at the fingertips on the steering wheel. X5s not so. I have to take my eyes off the road to look for the button. The steering wheel on the X5 is too thin. The Jeeps was thick and felt great. But I love the split tailgate on the X5! Easier access and doubles up as a trunk.

This is the best X5 I've ever owned. I've been using it for 2 years and this is my 4th BMW. It has never disappointed me, it's a fantastic SUV. I hope the next model will show the same success. I think the 3.0-liter engine is at its best.

Warwick Autopark review
Only bought one car there but live local and love driving past and doing a lot walk on Sundays looking at all the amazing inventory! I used their service department and love the free loaners available.
2020 BMW X5 review
1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

Had a good experience at this dealership. The sales person, Josh Barney, was patient and friendly. I purchased a used vehicle that I'm very happy with. Therr was a small misunderstanding on my part, but the manager was extremely helpful in resolving it. Excellent management, I recommend BMW of Bel Air.

We take trips to Cashiers/Highlands NC frequently. The drive is just over 5 hrs an it flies by quickly as the car is so comfortable. The peppy V8 has lots of power to pass quickly on the highway when necessary. Once we get into the mountains it feels great to switch from Eco mode to sports mode to attack those tight turns :)

I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my vehicle. The salesperson gave me space until I needed some questions answered and made themselves available for additional questions. My salesperson was Lilly and she was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all questions or found the answer. The process was not stressful and to be honest, better than I expected.

An absolutely excellent experience purchasing from Mannheim Imports. We found the car we wanted online and contacted Mannheim to arrange a test drive, Greg came in on his day off. No pressure, no attempt to upsell like so many other dealers. The whole experience was smooth and efficient.

Great car. Wish it didn't come with run flat tires which I believe lessens the quality of the ride, and they wear out quickly. Other than that, no real complaints. Car is truly the ultimate driving machine.

2025 BMW X5 review
Purchased my fifth BMW, a 2025 X5 m40i. My last BMW was A 2024 X5 M60i so I have a little experience with both the V6 and V8 X5. The 8 cylinder is a beast and very fast, but the X5 is more of a luxury SUV than a performance car, so I opted for the Turbo Charged six cylinder. Plenty of power and about 10 mpg better gas mileage. I enjoy technology and have all the available packages. I find the tech reliable and easy to operate. I have 22” black wheels on my BMW, so I opted for the optional wheel and tire warranty as I’ve always had wheels fail by hitting pot holes, etc.

This was my first time getting my car serviced here at BMW and the service was very fast. Andrew made everything convenient for me and I was in and out with my 70000 mile service without a long wait. The receptionist was very friendly and inviting. To be honest, I was very shocked considering the poor service I had at Owings Mills, where I purchased my vehicle.

Have purchased all of our used cars from CarMax. Only criticism I would have is you need to really inspect the car well if it has been in a reported accident. We try to stay away from those - to many hidden damage possibilities. CarMax sales person, Mike is awesome and has enabled me to put my two daughters in safe and nice first time vehicles.
2024 BMW X5 review
I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

BMW of Bel Air review
This is my 3rd BMW purchase from Bel Air BMW. Oustanding service from Chris and his team from sales to service. My experiences have been nothing but exceptional! BK
2026 BMW X5 review
I got the 2026 X40 with off road package and lots of tech about $83k. I have about 2400 miles on it in two months. I also got tow package and several tech options like advanced driver. Here are my observations thus far. Positive and favorite things: 1. Ride. I clearly remember going on the test drive and really, I did not want to stop. The ride was amazingly smooth and quiet and 2400 miles later I still feel the same way. You will want to go ten miles away when you have to grab that gallon of milk for the family just for the drive, lol. The off road package has air suspension and all 4 tires are same size, not staggered like most BMW’s. It also has steel plate underneath. 2. Towing. Got a boat, camper or trailer? This is your go-to. I pull a 3500lb camper, figure 4000lb loaded. It is downright easy and stable and I ow in the Rockies. Won’t need sway or weight distribution unless you’re closer to your 7200lb limit. You’ll need a special cable to convert BMW power which is pulsed to steady so the trailer rear view camera works. 3. Half hatch. I never knew about this but love it. Keeps stuff in the back and if you tow the hatch will not hit your power Jack on the front of the trailer which happens with full length hatches ( I had two Hondas). It disappeared on the 2027’s, but I think you will love it. Great when you are close to the garage wall too. 4. Interior. Traditional BMW interiors are spartan. They maxed out the X5 and I got the whitish Sensatech and with the other colors and textures it looks and feels up to it’s substantial price. 5. Power. Yeah, that 375hp never leaves you short and the gas mileage is incredible. I find it to be right on the ratings 23/25/27 and 10-14mpg when towing. Shortcomings-negatives: 1. Too much stuff put in the center screen and illogical menus. You have to go two deep to disable the stop-start which everyone I know wants to do. Should have been a separate button. Same with towing stuff in two places and other things. Time to ditch the archaic controller wheels and pads, too. Touch screen only, maybe toggle on steering wheel. 2. You have to get extra and expensive packages to get automatic touchless rear hatch and ventilated seats. Same with touch door handles for lock and unlock. Really? My 2022 HYUNDAI Tucson Limited had all that. 360 camera is in a package too. 3. No spare, even a donut and no room for full sized even with off road package. My off road came with street tires too. Odd. 4. Second row should have adjustable angle seats for more comfort. Overall, it is an amazingly comfortable car and looks amazing in the blue ridge color with chrome trim. I completely love it. If you are considering a new one I would run out the door right now and look at what’s left on the lot as you can probably get a great discount (which they won’t advertise by policy). I got over $10k off and 1% financing 5yrs for huge savings. I loaded up on extended warranty and other add-ons with the savings. The 2027 looks fugly and loses some of the best things on the 2026 like half hatch. When I get some more serious miles I will post another review. Best of luck to my fellow car buyers. Also, if you are budget sensitive this is the last year of this generation so maybe you could pick up one with a few miles to save some bucks or wait a year or two for this one.

Faulkner Chevrolet LancasterReviews
Faulkner Chevrolet Lancaster review
When we found the perfect truck for our family during this crazy pandemic, we were a little worried about how to proceed. Faulkner Chevrolet was very helpful and quick with handling everything. They provided us with extra information when we requested it and worked to get our financing right where we wanted it. We would gladly shop their again for our future car needs.
2022 BMW X5 review
Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

BMW of Bel Air review
I bought a new vehicle at BMW of Bel Air, what a pleasant experience. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I showed up to the dealership, the vehicle was prepped and ready to go. Upon driving home I noticed a small tear in the passenger seat. This was on Monday and the dealer sent someone to my home Wednesday, no more tear. Huge shout out to Nana and Sam and all the folks in MD.

A great team that works together well at Faulkner BMW - great service starts at the front door with the reception desk, continuing through sales, service, and parts!
2023 BMW X5 review
Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Jaguar Land Rover West Columbia review
My service manager Tom M is amazing at West Columbia Land Rover. Both of my Land Rovers had to go in at the same time. They go one of them back in less than 12 hours (new alternator) of going in. Then other one was ready the next day.
